As a big guy, it is difficult to find things that fit right. Big Tall Direct has a great selection and their site is easy to search for exactly the size and style I am looking for. Shipment is quick and despite some customs issues (completely not the vendor's fault) the transaction is painless.

This product came as I ordered unlike most places for big and short guys they don't care to get stuff tailored for you. Thanks big and tall direct.

I have always had excellent results in buying clothing from Big Tall Direct. I have found the items to be of high quality with a great selection offered. It fills my clothing needs.

Difficult to deal with; poor customer service - does not react to requests.

I have ordered from Big Tall Direct for several times now, and they just aren't meeting the service I've come to expect from other on-line retailers. Their customer service phone number dumps you into a "leave a message" type answering machine. You are supposed to state your question or problem and they will get back to you. I've done that a couple of times and never heard back. They also are very much behind the times in the amount they charge for shipping, and the service that their shipping carrier is delivering for them. They are up front about the length of time for a shipment, but I've found that when they say 6 business days, they really mean 7 to 10 business days, at least that has been my experience. They need to take a closer look at what they are charging for shipping and the service they are getting from their carrier. I've generally been happy with their merchandise, but their shipping costs and time delay are not competitive in today's on-line market.

The process is easy and I've never had any problems dealing with the company. Their web site is easy to navigate.

Was not able to get anyone to answer about returning a package from Canada and had to drive to the US to return items that were too big. Because of this experience I will not be ordering any more items.

Got exactly what I ordered. Very satisfied with the item. Delivery was in a timely fashion

Good value for the dollar. Shipping costs are high and the exchange on the Canadian dollar makes a cost effective dollar difficult. These are items over which you have no control.
Product choice is excellent.

I purchased 2 silk/rayon Camp Shirts which I am very pleased with. However, they are advertised as silk only. The description should include rayon as well. Thank you.

Lucked onto this site trying to find shirts that fit me well... 2X used to be fine but the last dozen or so from multiple retailers never quite fit... I accidentally found. Tommy Bahama in size 2XB ( which I didn't know existed) and couldnt locate any until I found bigandtalldirect... I found the guyaberras I was looking for in 2XB .... ordered some ... came in perfect... ordered more... again perfect fit... great pricing...
