Hoping for a lot better than this.
I was really pleased to get my first shorts properly fitted and sized, that was a first for an online clothing shop, since I usually have to guess at what them mean by sizes and then re-order up or down. Hoping that it wasn't a fluke, I ordered two pairs of pants, same style, same size, same source: blahhhhhhh! they were at least one size larger, bigger waist, longer rise and longer than nominal leg length. Someone emailed a reply to my complaint and made a silly suggestion, then said to return them and he would check to see what the problem was - never to be heard from again.
I know that sounds like it deserves a worse rating than I've given, but in my experience it's just the usual with clothes these days - sizes mean nothing and nobody gives any kind of real service.

Great value for a quality product. Good customer service. If I were to have only one small complaint, it would be with the shipping time ( as I have found that some of the other big and tall merchants get these items out a bit faster).
