The BigTime Team is amazing to work with! Our implementation specialist, Ryan, worked diligently to ensure that my client had a truly customized invoice for their industry. We had run into a snag with the customization, but the BigTime Team very quickly addressed the issue and worked to correct it in a professional and collaborative manner. The time savings for their accounting department are substantial. The first invoice run reduced processing time by approximately 30% and that is only because some employees were not inputting their own time and expenses and accounting was learning the system still. We are using BigTime software for managing our IT projects. It can easily track the time spent on doing each project which has enabled us to accurately invoice our customers with the integrated billing module.

Honestly good software, i liked that it provides us custom invoicing, time reporting and the ability to customise. What i disliked about the software is that the app is really glitchy and it needs to be improved.

Simplest and friendliest time-entry tool I have ever used. We used it for time and expense reporting for our employees who work in various sites. Invoicing has greatly aided our billing system.

The customization and the ability to track everything you want for project management, profitability and invoicing. User support is immense.

I would really want that more fields were customizable. Also the mobile app has some glitches and is a bit on the slower side

My time is mostly spent on payroll and timesheets so I'm always using it as the timesheets have all the required field types and may be structured in any way that users want. Users may construct daily and weekly timesheet views, add, rename, or delete fields, automatically round time inputs, and lock finished timesheet periods.

While the implementation with Neil was a little bumpy, we got it done. Once it's setup, it's intuitive to use and makes invoicing quick and easy. We are very excited about the integration with Quickbooks.

BigTime has significantly improved our company's ability to accurately track time, analyze employee utilization, streamline invoicing process and more. We are early on in our implementation / roll-out of BigTime and we have been incredible impressed with the software thusfar. Integration with Quickbooks Desktop was paramount to proper implementation for us.

Our company is happy with Big Time. It's easy to navigate and to enter our time. It tracks it well and it's easily integrated into Quickbooks.
