What I absolutely liked with BigTime is that it is one of the most useful tools that you can have, especially when you are managing multiple projects or aspects of projects.

At the company, we managed to allocate human resources, prepare our payrolls, time track each tasks and generate all of the data into meaningful analytics.

My only recommendation would be that Resource Allocation and Revenue Projections be available on all plans.

Its a very good tool for management of big project easily. It comprises of various tools and system management for assign the task efficiently. It can create invoices in bulk and record all the payments and pendency's. Besides this, it also store all the staff data and project details so that it able to provide the detailed report with dashboards swiftly.

The user interface is very good but the attributes for entering the data of different type is not structured. Its Should be customizable as per the business requirements and drop down menus can be edited so that reduce the errors. Slightly work on the import structure as well.

Overall BIG time is BIG in its work. It comprises o f all the modules required for a project completion. From staff management, Budget management, Inventory, invoicing and the TIME management is the ultimate system of this software. It complements the project completion plan and assured the staff member to work adhere with the system provided information. Its report structure is very good and can be accessed form any where.

BigTime has been awesome for helping us capture data that was previously invisible to us. Their reporting and tracking functionality is great! It has helped us stay on budget and schedule, and helped with our strategic decision making.

BigTime creates Big Savings! We use it for time tracking, invoicing, and monitoring individual project profitability, creating better business monitoring processes for the firm.

BigTime Software is a very powerful tool that every company should have. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful sales & support team.

We have only recently started using BigTime but it is already provided the kind of integrated solution and reporting insights our business needs that we could not find in other offerings. The ability to manage projects, staff, and billing in one product seamlessly is important to our company. The integration with Quickbooks is effective in avoiding double entry and errors.

Overall there are a lot of beneficial aspects of this program. The one that we look forward using the most is the report generating aspect. This will allow us to view, manage, and maximize the efficiency of our employees and business. It will allow us to provide a better and more reliable product to our customers. We had the opportunity to work with Neil and it was a great experience. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the program.

I decided to obtain BigTime for time sheets, expenses reports and job costing. It does a good job at all that but the most important thing I can say is that they are always eager to provide support. The other day their representative stayed with me 1:15 beyond the end of the day to get me set so I could run payroll on time. That deserves a 5 out of 5. That's also the customer service I always get from BigTime.

We needed a system that would allow for specific pricing per client, time tracking, PTO, budgeting, etc. This had everything we needed!

BigTime has been a huge asset for our company. Tracking staff hours for billing; from approving time and expenses to creating invoices. Creating any report you need is so easy. Integrating with QB, and Outlook. Customer support, when needed (not that often to be honest) is phenomenal. I enjoy everything about BT. Makes my job so much easier.

The experience to date has been excellent. We did have an issue on what we were advised the program would do and what it actually could do but the Bigtime team addressed it very well and we continued to move forward.

We're currently integrating BigTime into our business, and have been extremely happy with the process. The onboarding team has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable helping us find the best workflow and format for our business. This platform is extremely comprehensive and versatile.

This product has been very easy to implement and is very user friendly. It was easy to set up and requires little to no coding that is required by other products we tested. Our onboarding process was easy and quick! I would highly recommend BigTime!

Thankful to Big Time for all of the help getting set up. Their customer service is fantastic. Make sure to utilize their online help articles, there is a lot of info on there that really helped us during implementation.

The customer support team made implementing this software so simple! The user friendliness is great and the integration with our QuickBooks file accomplished something that alternative products could not. Would recommend!

If you need to see WIP for all time and expenses toward your projects BigTime is definitely the right fit for your company. If you use Excel, other time trackers, a CRM, and QuickBooks Online and are struggling to get visibility on your projects then BigTime is a great fit. You can even get Budgets verses actuals tracking, Gantt Charts, a Customer Portal for your clients to pay you online and manage their own invoices, real itme Work In Progress reporting on the costs and time tracked towards your projects, and have all this information sync right into QuickBooks Online. Take control of your project billing and finally get the visability you need. We love helping our service professional clients use BigTime to get the insights they need to manage their projects better and capture all costs on their customer invoices.

As an Engineering firm, we were running our project management and accounting on a hybrid system of Asana, Excel, TSheets, and QuickBooks Online. We reviewed many systems to help integrate all of these pieces, and the best one for the price was BigTime.

BigTime's integration with QuickBooks is fantastic and allows us to create and send invoices while tracking time and project budgets, all in one place.
The UI is very user-friendly, and you quickly learn to navigate through it.

The implementation does require a fair amount of internal time, something that we weren't totally prepared for, but BigTime has been good with helping us along. Currently, only system administrators have access to dashboards, and we would love to see a PM dashboard, a Executive dashboard, etc in the future.

We are about three months in now, and adoption has been high internally, which we are very happy about and we have received generally positive comments from our team members as well.

BigTime is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it very easy to find your way around. We use it for Professional Services management - from scheduling, timekeeping, invoicing/billing and everything in between. BigTime has world class customer service - shout out to Ben Kinsel our CS Manager who continues to support us and provide trainings and further customization as we grow and change.
