Simon was extremely helpful. When we first visited the van we were interested in, it needed work doing to it. They sorted all the work it needed and were very helpful. The van had a few tiny marks but honestly it was a very good experience nothing hidden. Would highly recommend.

I bought a vehicle from Big Van World and had a terrible experience. First, I called and spoke to Tasmin. When I asked if she could knock any money off the price, she was rude and said no, “we are the cheapest,” and the conversation ended there. A few days later, she called asking if I wanted the vehicle. I said no because you weren’t prepared to offer a discount. She then asked how much I wanted off, and I said £250. She agreed but said I had to buy it before the end of the month. I said I’d pay a deposit.
When the final bill came, I noticed a £149 admin fee added. When I questioned it, Tasmin became very rude and insisted she had told me about it. Also it as to late to cancel as I had paid a deposit and put insurance on the vehicle. There was no reasoning with her; it was her way or nothing. I asked what the admin fee was for, and she said it was for an HPI check. I told her I would do my own, as it would only cost £25 max, but she wouldn’t accept that.
When I picked up the vehicle, I told her I wasn’t happy about the hidden admin fee, but she didn’t care and said she had already told me. As we walked to my vehicle, I said I’d leave a bad review, and she asked why. I told her it was because of the overcharging. She responded, “So you’re going to leave a bad review for that?” and then stormed off, saying, “Your vehicle’s over there.” When I asked where the keys were, she just shouted, “They’re in it.”
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She expected me to believe that an HPI check would cost £149, but when I checked the paperwork, there was nothing about it. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to avoid rude service and hidden charges

As a vehicle supermarket, our goal is always to offer the most competitive prices possible, which is why we don’t typically negotiate heavily on price. We’re proud to say that many of our vehicles are priced among the lowest in the market, and we regularly benchmark to maintain this. That said, we do occasionally agree to small discounts where appropriate, and we’re pleased we were able to do that in your case.
We are genuinely sorry if you felt the communication was not up to standard. That is never our intention, and we will look into this further with the team involved. Customer service is something we take very seriously, and we aim for all our team members to be helpful, respectful, and professional at every stage of the process.

False photo shoped pictures Bad dealer
If your thinking about bying from these I would definitely listen to the bad reviews I didn't and wasted my time and money going all the way up to see a bike that was nothing atall like pictures or advertisement every picture online is colour enhance and photo shoped to make all bikes look cleaner and in good condition believe me if you go look at any used bike here it will be nothing like condition in pictures I can garuntee you that poor quality bike that claim to be serviced and inspected are neither of them bike will be in poor engine condition and probably false hours showing luckly i wasn't stupid and walked away i could tell all the bad vibes from these guys trying to push a deposit before even viewing to get you i didn't fall for any of there dodgy stuff but was shocked at the quality they claim and the reality when you see bikes I'm person wow I am shocked the photo shop skills are impressive I must say that but on a series note don't waste your time I was lucky I only lost £50 in diesel and a day's work to find this out myself so I was lucky I didn't get to stung but honestly the bad reviews are true in this occasion unfortunately guys so be warned

In fact, where you have said ‘trust the bad reviews’ you are our only negative review on the motocross bikes so we are unsure what you are referring to.
Firstly, the colours of the bikes we advertise are determined by the manufacturers themselves — especially in the motocross world, where branding and colour schemes are bold, consistent, and well-recognised. We absolutely do not, and have never, photoshopped or colour-enhanced our bikes. In fact, doing so would be counterproductive and damage our credibility. If anything, some earlier images may have suffered from poor camera quality, which is a shortcoming on our part — but certainly not a sales technique.
Secondly, we keep detailed records of every booked appointment, and we do not recall this specific viewing. All viewings are by appointment only, and no other customer has expressed the concerns you’ve mentioned. When we reached out via Trustpilot to get further details to investigate your experience, you declined to provide a name and phone number — which is unusual, given that any genuine booking would have involved contact details being shared.
We also want to be clear that we do not “push deposits before viewing.” We offer the option to place a refundable holding deposit for customers who wish to reserve a bike, but this is entirely optional and not required prior to any in-person viewing.
We take pride in the condition of our bikes and the honesty of our listings. All motocross bikes are inspected thoroughly, and we’re always transparent with customers about the condition, history, and hours shown.
We’re sorry you feel this way, but based on the inconsistencies and lack of traceable engagement, we’re left confused as to the authenticity of this experience. That said, if you would like to have a genuine discussion to resolve any misunderstanding, we remain happy to speak with you directly.
