Late review!
Love the branding and ideas - embroidery was decent but such a shame about the quality of the sweaters - I have hardly worn the sweater and there is so much bobbling. I would have expected more, considering the price is not cheap.

What a shame - let down by lack of customer service
What a shame. Nice products let down by awful customer service. Tip - when building an online business, invest in your customer service team. Only having one person in the team, only contactable by email, is not appropriate. I placed an order, only to be told three days later the item I ordered you actually don't have in stock. So I have to email you to sort this out - and wait for Charlie to get round to replying. If I could call someone, we could smash this out in 5 minutes. But no - 1990's it is and I have to email, and wait, and email, and wait. Tried to support organic and sustainable but won't bother again.

Excellent service and quality
I needed some products in a hurry. I contacted customer service who arranged for 24 hour delivery at no additional cost.
This was my first order. The garments are great quality and I will strongly recommend to other people this company and will be definitely using them again in the future.
It is nice to get a prompt reply from customer services as well. It was within 12 hours!!
