Fantastic quality clothing. I have seen this brand advertised for some time but finally decided to buy a a few items. I purchased a sweatshirt, cropped sweatshirt and a hoodie and I am so impressed with the quality. The embroidery is beautifully done and the fabric is thick and soft. I will definately be buying more items in the near future :D

Not to mention, I love the company’s ethos and values to support wildlife charities 🌟

I’ve bought from here three times now and each time has been fine, ordering is easy, you can personalise your print to which side of the item you are buying for. Items come well packed and the quality is great.
I really like this little shop and they are always adding to the collection.

I like the jumper designs and the quality is great however dispatch times can be slow. Give yourself plenty of time if you want it to arrive on time..

Received a sweatshirt after 2 weeks of ordering it to find the item didn't match what I ordered. Sent email through email submitted form with pictures and no response at all after 5 days! Very disappointed as item was not cheap and is a present.

Got a t-shirt a year ago. It still looks brand new, not worn out at all, colour is not faded at all. It’s great! Love the company, concept and what they do!

I love this company, probably too much. I now have 5 sweatshirts and 5 t-shirts. They are just so beautiful and well made! The items are so high quality, and the embroidery is beautiful!!! Customer service has always been so helpful and delivery is fast, slightly longer over the Christmas period this year, but that is not their fault. I would 100% recommend this company. It's slightly more expensive than most brands, but it's made to order from a small company, and they give money to charity. What's more to want?
Overall, I love this company, and will continue to buy from them. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve placed my order on the 25th of November. Today is Tuesday the 20th of December and we’re 5 days away from Christmas. It’s unacceptable…I bought this as a Christmas present for someone and still haven’t received anything…costumer service is disgusting!!! Complaint so many times through Instagram, sent 2 emails and they do nothing to address the situation.

Update: I just got my parcel through Royal Mail, thanks. However, businesses should have measures in place to be able to deal with these unforeseen events and not leave your clients hanging for 4 weeks or more…

Ordered a jumper on 26th November, it's now the 16th December and it has still not arrived; I have emailed them twice and both times they have not replied back to me, poor delivery and poor customer service, will never use again.

Really nice quality products and arrived really quickly, I would definitely order from them again!

After reading about the plight of pangolins, I took these strange and endearing little animals to heart and bought myself a small summer capsule of 4 pangolin design t-shirts - 2 in desert dust and 2 in natural raw. In each colour, I got one left hand embroidery and one central. I can honestly say these are the loveliest t-shirts I have ever worn. I have practically been living in them through the recent uncomfortably hot weather. The quality, comfort and feel of the organic cotton is superb and the embroidered pangolin design is just gorgeous. Hoping to wear these one day on a trip to Africa; when, who knows, I might get to see the real animal! A really, really lovely company which supports so many animal causes on top of using sustainable, natural materials and the products are very reasonably priced. I have just purchased the pangolin sweatshirt in natural raw to go with these when the weather gets a little cooler. Would definitely shop with this company again.

I needed the items to be delivered asap, and the customer support was amazing - they were extremely friendly and prompt, and made sure my order was processed quickly. I managed to get it in time, and the quality of the clothing and bags are amazing! Definitely will purchase again. I now overall just love their items, designs, people and concept.

Although I did have a great experience getting my items in time, I do recommend ordering them around 2 weeks in advance (in the UK), as they are processed a few working days before being sent for delivery, as stated on their website. I will make sure to do so myself in the future.

Excellent customer service, really friendly staff and my gosh!, the emblems stitched onto the jumpers are wonderful! I've got a blue tit jumper and the first day I wore it I got compliments from my colleagues at work! They're a great company who are doing the right things for the right reasons!

Fun and nice clothes, but a horrendous delivery experience.

Big Wild Thought has some great and nice clothing, I ordered an in stock sweater recently as a gift, 14 days in advance so I’d have it in time for when I leave on my christmas vacation. Now, 14 days after ordering it it hasn’t even arrived yet, nor is it close to arriving. It took a whopping 8 days before they PROCESSED my order, a thing most companies do within hours. I ordered this product to the Netherlands so on top of that, I had to pay £20 shipping (which is literally half of the cost of the product). Then when it arrives in the Netherlands, I was literally asked to pay another €20 euros on import taxes which FYI aren’t covered by the already unnecessarily high shipping costs. I payed the products actual cost worth in shipping just for it not to arrive in time and leave me without a christmas gift.

This is one of those typical joke companies that says it donates some proceeds to charity but to increase their profit margin they then ask 400% the price of what it costs to ship the item. Extremely disappointed that a brand pretending to sell wholesome animal clothing is just money hungry employing the laziest people I’ve ever encountered. This whole experience has just been a Big Wild Shame

I don't really understand the bad comments regarding customer services, as I've had a really good experience with them. At first the item arrived was too big, so I sent back for an exchange. I haven't heard back in 2 weeks, so I emailed them about it in which they replied almost immediately. We believed it got lost and therefore they sent me another one for free! I had no problems at all with CS - quick and friendly responses (their emails do end up in junk occasionally!).
My boyfriend really loves the sloth sweater and has received many compliments! Will definitely buy again in the future! :)

Ordered from this company a number of times and each time they have given really good customer service and the quality is always good.

On the one occasion that there was an issue with the order (the packaging came stained and therefore damaged the item), they sent a new one through ASAP and free of charge.

I love this company. I've bought more than 15 items for friends and family and they have all arrived in perfect condition. The quality is so good we practically live in them. Getting the surprise items is always a bit nerve-wracking because I am not keen on all the designs but we've always been happy. I would say that the delivery is not super fast and you may have to wait a week for your package to arrive. The packages come completely plastic free but I wish you could opt out if the little information sheet. They are great but I think if you already know and love your chosen animal it's a strain on the environment that I don't really benefit from. A nice touch if it's your first time, a surprise item or bought as a gift though. Keep up the good work, Big Wild Thought (and little wild thought too)

Awful customer service. Not responding on email, Facebook or Twitter.

I have ordered from Big Wild Thought three times, each time to get a sweatshirt. The company was excellent when it was just Laura & Liam with free delivery, super helpful customer service and they immediately replaced my first sweatshirt when it arrived slightly defective. These days they have expanded their team and are not so good, I like the bigger range of colours and designs but customer service is a lot more impersonal and less helpful and their new sweatshirts are £12 more expensive. Guess it's just what comes with a growing business but it is a bit of a shame, their new employees do not match the standard of the company when it started out. My latest sweatshirt is good quality material but the "left chest" embroidery was badly placed and just looks a bit weird in a random spot halfway down the garment.

I absolutely love the clothing I got from Big Wild Thought! The material is really soft and excellent quality while still being breathable and comfortable, colours are fantastic - my goal is to be cute and pastel all the time! Also fantastic customer service to make sure that I got the delivery properly when there were some issues posting. Abigail in particular was super helpful! Love it - thank you again!

I love the idea of this Web site and how they donate to charities this is the only reason they have 3 stars. However, I bought 2 cropped jumpers and they look really un finished and it looks as if someone has just bought a jumper and has cut them in half. They are threading really bad as well as they havent got a finishing seam. If these jumpers were £25-30 I wouldnt complain too much but the fact I paid £90 for 2 jumpers that look like I've cut them myself I just can't get behind.
