I was never refunded
I was never refunded! I ordered several items, and I requested a return for two items at separate times. It generated shipping labels, but I only used one for the box where I shipped both items back. I was only refunded for one item, and no one has responded to any of my emails or requests! This is not how you handle customer service; it’s theft!

Order BIKE-COMPONENTS
I placed an order for several items, including a SHIMANO road bike chain and MUC-OFF chain lubricant. These items were missing from the package, which was damaged in transit (the box was too flimsy). I took the risk of accepting the package, assuming it was complete. Upon arriving home, I discovered that these two products were missing. I left a message with BIKE-COMPONENTS but received no response.

Shipping to Norway 45EUR is Insane!
I wanted to share my experience with Bike-Components regarding shipping to Norway. For a small order, shipping costs to Norway are €45, compared to just €11 to Sweden. On top of that, you must pay VAT separately since Norway is outside the EU.
In comparison, Bike24 includes VAT for Norway in their prices and charges only €10 for shipping with DHL, which is much more reasonable.
It seems Bike-Components needs to reconsider their shipping pricing for Norway, as it currently makes orders from Norway much more expensive than from neighboring countries. I would not recommend ordering from Norway on this site until they adjust their shipping rates to something fair.

We understand that the shipping cost to Norway may seem high. Shipping to non-EU countries involves additional logistics and customs handling, which affects the price. All costs, as well as VAT handling, are shown transparently during checkout.
We are aware that other shops may use different models and we will keep reviewing our conditions.
