Fox 38 Grip x2 Factory
Ordered fox 38 grip x2 factory forks loads cheaper than UK, looked into customs charges on UK Gov website and calculated what I thought it should be. Order came through DHL, then Parcel Force with no issues, and arrived at my door 7 days after ordering. Haven't fitted yet, but happy so far. As long as you do your calculations properly and factor in the customs charges there should be no issues.

Very poor packaging!!!
I ordered rockshox front fork and it came in oversized carton box and inside it was only wrapped with thin paper and some carton, there was no cushion inside the box and fork was flying up and down. There was no official Rockshox package but I do not care about that, just make more secure package. Carton box came with 5 big holes and as I got to my local post office, lady at the counter gave me my packet and as she laid the packet on the counter I heard loud metal clank as the fork smashed the counter, at that moment I thought that my fork is smashed entirely because they probably threw my package over 20 times as it got to my destination. Went home, opened the package, found fork with some scratches and small dents, but structurally it looks fine for now, only in few days I will test it and see if everything is normal. Currently I do not have time to return it as I need it for weekend DH competition, I hope everything is fine structurally so I do not fly off the bike.
Price of fork is 550 euros and price of their packaging is 5 cents. Spend another 5 cents just to make it more protected!!!!
