Cancellation not possible
In February 2026, I booked and paid for an e-MTB for €290 for the period from 25 April to 5 May 2026.
On 22 March, I had to cancel the booking due to illness.
Despite repeated requests, I haven’t got any money back!!!
The hotel and flight were no problem at all, but this bike hire company can’t accept a cancellation five weeks in advance? I don’t understand – now they’ve got my money and the bike’s been hired out again. Great, and thanks a lot!!!
