Pretty much PERFECT service

Pretty much PERFECT service. Ordered a bike, came within expected time frame and was fully kept up to date with all steps of the process, even was emailed about optimal set up options which were all done prior to dispatch. Big shout out to Michael for all the communication and the speedy rectification of the most minor of issues once arrived. 10/10 for Biketart and 11/10 for Michael! Top job

Very Fast Delivery…

Good service and communication

Matched a price as best they could in a difficult market. My order was a bit delayed (some items at supplier not in stock I think) so Biketart upgraded my delivery and it got to me in time to ride my new tyres on the weekend. And they let me know. Very good service.

I recently had my first ordering experience with Biketart.com, and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

Great bike shop

Been using them for years and service/quality always great, but a shoutout to Chris and Tom for identifying a safety issue with my bike when I took it in for another issue. Way forward suggested and taken and I'm very grateful for their advice.

If I could put 0 stars I would..

If I could put 0 stars I would... stay away from this company they false advertise stock and then are a joke to get your delivery to you, i ordered a £2200 bike on the 2nd and they said it was delayed in the first week as they had no stock. Now 10 days later they have delayed it further claiming dpd hasn't picked it up even though they said it had started it's delivery yesterday. Joke of company stay away. Even chain reaction would do better and they're going bust. Lies and just down right bad service. If you value your time and money DO NOT USE BIKETART.

A bit of a double edged sword

A bit of a double edged sword of both positive and negative feedback.

Negative - Showed stock of all parts , ordered and paid extra for 24 hour delivery. Didnt hear anything for 4-5 days ( between Christmas and new year so fair enough ) . Then there was contact to tell me they were waiting on parts ,to be honest i wasnt that happy as i only tried them out as an order from Chainreaction at the same time came the day after ordering but CR didnt have some of the parts at time of ordering ( their website showing out of stock ) but bike tart 'did' as showed in stock when they weren't. They did say they would change shipping to 'priority shipping ' when they did get the parts in which was the option i paid for anyway so that was a waste of money lol. So basically, parts in stock at Bike tart dont actually mean in stock so dont use them if you need a part ASAP based on that, contact them to confirm first.

I ordered a few items from biketart and…

I ordered a few items from biketart and didn't realise I'd ordered some items that was in stock with supplier so took a little longer to arrive than expected. However, they kept me up to date and even changed my delivery to priority in order to get my items to me quickly. I will certainly be using biketart again.

Ordered some cycle shoes and they arrived in good time. Unfortunately they were too small so I needed to exchange them.

The online exchange process was pretty easy. I had to email just to confirm progress and how I pay for reposting to which they responded in good time.

Use Biketart and receive unsolicited spam

Went to buy a bike accessory from Biketart, but the postage was very expensive for what was a very small part. OK I thought, I won't buy it. Obviously you can't find out the postage rate without handing over all your details. I went back to the checkout and emptied the basket, cleared the site cookies and closed the tab. I'm now receiving unsolicited emails stating that I left something in the basket (no I didn't, I removed it). I also just received and email thanking me for signing up for a Biketart account (no, I really didn't). Their unsolicited marketing is a disgrace.
