Formed in 2008 we have gained a reputation for stocking quality bikes, components, accessories and clothing and for our fast delivery. We are a fully independent rider-owned company. Our online store is complemented with a retail store where bikes and accessories can be viewed. We offer a full range of bike servicing and repairs at both our locations in Kent.

Perfect

Excellent helmet, Bern Hudson small in sand. Great helmet, does exactly what it says and looks good. Brilliant price from Biketart and was informed when in stock. Quick no fuss delivery.

Excellent customer service and top people

I recently made a purchase from Bike Tart for something I have wanted for a while.
They handled my sale thoughtfully, answered my many questions & were both professional & friendly.

I can't say that I'm overly impressed…

I can't say that I'm overly impressed with Biketart. I ordered some internal helmet pads as per description and what got delivered did not match said description at all. I put in a refund request and sent back this item at my expense. No option to offer me the correct pads. I've spent more on postage than what i paid for the item. Not good service at all!

Superb service!

Been waiting for six months for a high end hardtail frame from another retailer and had no end of delays and frustrations. By fluke I found the item in stock at Biketart and 48hours later they'd confirmed the stock was genuine (this is a pretty rare frame) and had it safely shipped to me. Excellent customer service, thank you guys!

Honest people with helpful ambition

This company took the order and delivered the component I needed within four days.Most businesses these days take the money order the parts and become completely complacent to the customer needs keeping you waiting with no information on how long it will take .This company holds stock and deliveries what you need when you need it.
