I’m very disappointed with my recent…
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience shopping at Bilka. I placed an order on April 24th 2025 and paid extra for faster delivery, which was clearly stated to arrive no later than April 26th 2025. As of today 1st May 2025, the package has still not arrived.
I submitted a complaint through their website, but their customer service has been completely unresponsive. Despite adding multiple comments to the support ticket, I have received no updates or acknowledgment.
This level of service is highly unprofessional.
