The paper slip that PostNord has left in my mailbox, states that I can use sundhedskort to receive my package, among other types of documents. At the till I am told that it’s not enough, I need a picture ID. Then they added that they have different rules from PostNord which is absurd. I would have brought picture ID if that was clearly stated on the paper note, which wasn’t the case. The whole experience was very unpleasant; I did what the document required and brought one of the identification documents with me, yet refused to be served on the basis of Bilka post his having different rules from PostNord.

We are very sorry for the confusion regarding the type of ID required to collect a package or letter, and that this has resulted in an unfortunate experience for you. It is never our intention to provide our customers with a negative experience when they come to our shop or to collect packages.
However, in this case, we must support our colleague, as our guidelines require us to see photo/picture ID when handing out packages or letters. This has always been our procedure to ensure that shipments are delivered to the correct person. Therefore, we are puzzled that you received conflicting information on the label left in your mailbox by PostNord.

Have bought 3 times already in Bilka, and it was always amazing.
Once New device was with scratches after I opened it at home, so I come back and was given new one, instead the one that I opened.
I really like the service, and sometimes prices are the cheapest!
