Would definitely buy again for my next party!
The food was amazing and we all loved it. And it was much more than we expected to receive when we ordered it. Thank you Bilka.
The only downside to this was the instructions for reheating. It took us far too long to get everything ready to eat, as 170* wasn't enough to heat some of the meats. At least in our experience.
Nevertheless, the food was amazing and we had plenty of leftovers to get second as well as thirds and will definitely buy again as the price/quality is unmatched!
Small request: please provide us with better cake options. Iskage is great, but not everyone loves that. We all did, but just thinking ahead! :D

Missing desire to work
With no one to serv, a guy from the shop that sales food/ backery didn't want to let me pay for a water because i don't have a number. I picked up a number and when my turn came (like 2 min after) refused me to serve because somebody came that had a number lower. If he was a bit faster and with desire to work he would have charged me from the first time.

This is my second order for click and collect. Both attempts half of my ordered products were sold out. Even though I got ordrebekræftelse for all the items.
When ordrebekræftelse is sent out it should be made available to collect or post it.
They deduct the amount of unavailable items and send you a new bill. What a funny shopping experience 🤔🤔🤔
A small clothing store in downtown has much better click and collect experience.

Good options and service
Positives: Lot of options to book food at 'Bilka Mad ud af huset' and very easy to book the order and pick them as well. They were also very helpful when we approach them via phone or email. This made our birthday parties bit less stressful :). We did recommend it to several friends and they were amazed that we have this option.
Improvements: It would be nice if we have options to order better buns (fuldkorn boller) for birthday menu, instead of standard buns.
