Perseverance personified

Perseverance personified. Neil and Ollie have had several attempts at fitting our large sliding doors and due to no fault of Butters the glass had some tiny imperfections - which once seen could not be unseen! But - Ta Dah - we now have 3 super clear panes of glass so that we can enjoy the views.
Thank you Team Butters for giving us such great service. 🤗

Don't waste your time

They measured and quoted for doors, which we accepted even knowing we would have to wait as the trade is so busy. Having waited the 3 months since accepting the initial quote we are told they don't know anything about our order, even though we have all of the emails with them, and now want us to wait another 3 months! Total time wasters, would not recommend to anyone, go elsewhere.

Useless

Useless. 2 doors fitted; incorrect options ordered for BOTH doors, despite many many emails clarifying exactly what we wanted (photos too!) before the order was placed. I even took a new cat flap to the factory in person to ensure that was fitted but nope. They missed that too.
They don’t return phone calls, we still have no date for when the problems will be rectified, they don’t even seem to have a stock system for recording what items are actually in their factory. Fortunately, we have not paid for the doors. We will not be paying anything until both doors are exactly as we ordered.

Poor products, poor customer services, owners that do not care about leaving people £2200 down without functioning doors.

My wife and I purchased 2 doors from Bill Butters nearly 12 months ago. We have had nothing but issues with the doors purchased. The locks do not work and the company do nothing to resolve the issues. They have fitted the frame incorrectly and have done nothing to come and fix. We had one of their engineers out once, he looked at it all and said, it has been fitted the wrong way around and the would go back to the owners and get them to sort it out.

You would think this would go back to the owners to resolve the issue. But no, nothing. 4 months of chasing. No phone calls back, no help, no working doors.

Customer service is not high on the list of priority. The receptionist is trained at not passing on messages and responding with excuses.

It has got to the stage where solicitors are required.

If you want a product that is guaranteed by the company you purchasing from - do not buy here. The warranty means nothing if the company do not respond to emails or calls.
