Enterprise service very bad
Enterprise service very bad. The van selectionated was not available. After one hour waiting they give a bigger and more fuel spending. When I arrive at Berlin they simulated a scrash to pay extra. Horrible , authentic Burglars!!! After two days didn’t receive yet the bill!!! Worst experience in my life with a rent a car company

One star is more than enough for this…
One star is more than enough for this worse company. For 10 euro they late me wait for 4 hours in airport. They don’t accept cash and also no wireless payment. The receptionist is very rude and no respect for the customer! They behaved like that ur taking the car for free. When i brought the car back they charged me for 500 extra money just becuse the car was not clean. For me i never reserver the car from here.

When we arrived we quickly realized that the car we ordered would be too small for us and our luggage. Our representative was very helpful in getting us a different car that better suited our needs for a small increase in the rent. We were very happy with the service.

Fradulent car rental
They charged me and connected with Argus (CarTrawler) at BUD airport. Cartrawler is notorious for thefts and frauds. Their agent tried to extract extra money from me for supplemental insurance and highway vignette. When that didn't work, he rejected to accept my DiBa Visa card for insurance deposit. Of course, they kept my money for car rental. It is outrageous what billiger-mietwagwn does. They even supported fraudster's claim that DiBa Visa is not a "real credit card". I deleted their app, will never use them again.
The same card was accepted as deposit for Alamo at DUS (booking via billiger-mietwagen) earlier this year, which proves there is nothing wrong with the card.

Argus Cartrawler is the organizer of the booking and Klass Wagen the local provider.
Your local provider unfortunately tried to sell an additional insurance which you denied.
We are sorry that you were unable to pick up your vehicle due to an unsuitable credit card.
We point out both in the booking process and in our booking emails that the registered main driver must have their own, fully valid credit card in order to pay the deposit for the vehicle.
Therefore the local provider was right in not accepting a debit card for the deposit.

Alamo in USA did not accept & we had no option but to pay the rental again, basically paid it twice??? You the company did not render any support & found your after sale services very poor. Very quick and polite
Very polity and very quick service during pickup and drop off.
It would be very helpful to have the coordinates link for the drop off location in one of the emails that I received (if it was somewhere there, then please make it more noticeable). Also, it would be good to have the same link as a button in your app.
The printed QR code with the drop off coordinates it was very helpful, but sometimes the paper is lost (didn't happen with me)

I went to get the car and using the excuse I was staying with a friend and not in a hotel, they didnt give me the car.
The cleark show no empathy and the company is keeping the money for no service.

Super bad service
Super bad service. I booked a car in Frankfurt with them fully prepaid, but was refused the booking by the agent due to bankruptcy of the middle company. When calling them, they said we can't help you just call the middle agent. Considering that i booked several times through them this should not be the way to treat loyal customers. Don't expect support from them if any issue arises. Instead book directly with rental companies. Highly recommend not using them.

In any case, we are sorry that you have been affected by the insolvency of FTI Touristik GmbH. Since the insolvency administrator took over, he is in charge for all decisions for FTI Touristik GmbH.
What we can do as intermediary is to provide users of our platform that are affected with actionable information. We have contacted all affected users on the day the insolvency proceeding was made public (3rd of June 2024), provided them with information how the proceedings will likely impact their existing booking and gave them an overview about approaches to recover pre-payments.

I called you and got zero support saying you didn't pay directly to us although you booked through us. Very bad customer service, which resulted in lost loyal customer.

Perfect!
We were welcomed very warmly and with water by the nice lady. We requested a specific car because we were traveling with 5 people and a lot of luggage. The car was ready as agreed and was very clean and smelled good :) There was a problem with the trunk, but every effort was made to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Our return flight left in the middle of the night and there was a very nice gentleman waiting to return the car. Everything went very smoothly. We would book there again at any time! Booked car through them for 177 eur. When I arrived at the rental place I was charged another 239.34 eur for the rental under the disguise of a deposit. Never got the money back - paid 416.34 EUR for 7 days for a slow car.
Car company (firefly) claims ignorance of paid 177 eur and BSP says it's my fault for booking with Firefly.
