My reservation based on rental agreement and the amount was €225 and total amount (tax included) was €335.
When I left the car, the authorized person of Alamo said that "everything is perfect, there is no problem". But when I was give back the car, Alamo collected from me €377.
When I realized it, I called the company twice and latest time they said me that we left the car late, so the system could charged the amount.
But I think that we are not more than late half an hour. Also they charged an amount more than agreement daily fee.
Actually I believe that, they should warn me about the situation.

I was in touch with one of your very helpful and kind staff yesterday by phone. Unfortunately I could not rent the car as I only realized at the sixt office that my credit card was expired and my visa debit card wasn’t excepted for the conditions booked. So we agreed on reminding you by that form to contact the company here in Madeira via email to ask them to not charge the cancellation fee. Please let me know if you need any help with that!

Goldcar is not sticking to contracts from the provider ArgusCar, the deposit amount deviats massively from the offer via billiger-mietwagen.

Fast, professionell and I like that they automatically take the M50 toll of the credit card. No need to login and pay online. They calculated very little service costs for that. 63 cents!

Bad experience. billige-mietwagen cooperates with another intermediaries (bsp-auto.com) who will cancel your reservation at avis. fortunately bsp-auto send money back after 6 days. thx billige, after all it is two star experience.

scam! the price i booked online was not possible when i wanted to pick up the car. they then told me the price just doubled.

We were charged €188 for a rental car incl.insurance on billiger-mietwagen.de. However, when we arrived at Sixt Zagreb Airport, they stated that they had no record of the payment and had only the booking voucher on their system. They also informed us that any third-party insurance (as offered by billiger-mietwagen.de) was not accepted and we had to pay an additional amount for insurance. In total, we then paid an additional €384 to Sixt at Zagreb Airport. Not happy with this at all. I will never use billiger-mietwagen.de ever again.

Stay away from this fraudulous platform!We rented a month ago a car on this platform,wisecars being the provider,but on thrir online process they hide important clauses that leaves you charged and without a car.Through the online booking process was never mentioned that a debit card will atract a triple deposit.When we went to pick up the car the wierd provider with very poor reviews asked us a triple amount for the deposit when their reviews are only from people struggling to sue them to claim their money back.We never got the car and we never got the money.Stay away from this platform.They are hand in hand with the providers hiding important clauses during the booking process.

According to the unfriendly person from the car service there would be a lot of more costs that were supposed to be there - 117€ instead of 50€ or no car without any reasons. i chose no car. wouldnt recommend.

I booked a rental car in Munich from Hertz/Thrifty on July 1st, 2024 via billiger-mietwagen.de. The voucher included, among other things, the rental costs, theft protection, an airport fee and the applicable taxes. However, when returning the car only a small part of my deposit with Hertz was paid back and a part of it was retained. After complaining to Hertz, they explained to me that the voucher contains services worth a total of €472.93 and my prepaid voucher is only worth €334.21 and that I therefore have to pay the difference of €138.72.
I do not agree with this explanation. I have already paid for all of the services when booking through billiger-mietwagen.de and it was never mentioned that I would have to pay an additional €138.72 to Hertz for the services already included in my reservation.
Since I signed the rental agreement with billiger-mietwagen.de, I would like them to clarify the matter and refund me the €138.72 I overpaid.
I trusted the reliability of Hertz/Thrifty and billiger-mietwagen.de when I made my reservation and I have never had a problem like this before, this situation is really frustrating!!!

The car pick up is really near the train station.
The staff was nice.

Everything worked from booking to confirmation, the cross border rental and easy pick up and drop off.

I booked a premium car, it was advertised as A6 or similar. Similar should be Mercedes E-class, or a BMW5, to have the highest comfort level for long rides.
However, i got a alfa romeo guilia which is more a sports car instead of a premium vehicle. Especially if you have to use this car for business trips with several tousand km in a week, a absolut "no go".
As a result, my 60 year old college had backpain and it was a very unconformable ride.

Easy pickup and return. Car was in perfect condition, almost brand new.

Car was super, brand new one.
Papers were accepted by carhire company with no problems.
I got clear instructions how to hire car and what to do - excelent.
