My exsperience was good everything was sorted out with in a week and happy with my car.

I like billing finance because it went through so fast. I did not like the facts that I started paying bills after 2 weeks I have never seen any finance company lending you money and started paying back after 2 weeks. I was not happy about it. That is taking advantage of the me because I have already collected the money. Even when I called they said they cannot do anything about it. Making me going debt with my other of my direct company.

Given my circumstances this company where more than helpful made the process simple and got me in the vehicle I wanted ,

I don't know how everyone is giving 5* reviews. I'm guessing because they got finance quickly and easily. Yup, this company will throw money at you as fast as you put the phone down.

But be careful with this company, I ended up with an issue with the car I got finance on, tried to speak to them about it, as they where sending letters,emails etc saying any issues, we're here to help. I asked for help and was basically told we want our money, the cars not our issue. Give us our money. I asked them about the letters they offered about help and was told they basically told me to go get help somewhere else, it's not their job and that they only have to provide info on where to go, which is not them. So after months of hassle and me still paying off a car which was written off. I eventually stopped paying them. After lots of back and forth the car was sold off as scrap and they then asked for another amount of money. I refused the car had issues when I got it but they don't care. Only want the money. So short of having to fork out on a lawyer which would cost more than the outstanding finance..I tried to agree a payment plan with them. They refused because it wasn't getting them their money fast enough. Now after months of no contact, they have sold my debt to a debt recovery agency, who have sent a letter through to me today.

So avoid this company at all costs. You may be desperate for credit, you may think it's not going to happen to you. But honestly the hassle and pressure this company puts on you almost drove to have a mental breakdown. A sickening company with dubious morals, skirting the edges of the law, with what they can get away with because they know most people using them probably don't have many options with credit.

My advice re this company or should I say bully's is stay clear of them. Nothing but issues from start to present.

Sent them compared PCP o.n 18th March 2025. They responded requesting more details on 20th March and I responded same details with there request. Still no response so sent them further email on 29th March which they still haven't responded to. Yet when you miss payment by 1 hour they are on phone demanding money with threats of legal action.

I sent them further email today and still nothing.

Ease don't call yourselves as professional because you've not treated me professionally. I will be leaving your company e d of 2026.

Financed my car with Billing Finance in 2021, which has just come to an end after 5 years. I couldn’t praise them enough at how helpful they were every time I contacted them for anything throughout the duration of my agreement. Very happy and would recommend them to anybody.

Disgrace of a company. They offer high interest loans and provide finance for unroadworthy cars. They prey on people who are desperate and box their liabilities off to prevent any comebacks. Still, this is not the issue.

The issue is, when your old broken car comes into problems or things come to light, you best believe that this company is going to swerve and dodge everything that comes their way. They twist your words, your meanings and play dirty tricks to prolong complaints and cases against them. Their goal, to exhaust you and make you go away. They play in the fact that people don’t know the system but they do, and they will use it to their full advantage.

They fail every duty they have and hope you don’t know enough to see it. They know the system is slow and is painful to deal with for the everyday consumer. They count on this.

They blatantly ignore key points and evidence that will put them in the firing line and instead focus on points and evidence, regardless of their relevance to protect themselves. Like stated before, if they can’t find something, they will just change what you said .

My advice to everyone else being stung by the company. Only use emails, leave paper trails. Familiarise yourself with the FCA, ICO , DVSA and Use the FOS, although useless, exhausts the options and be prepared for court with these. This is a company that deems it worthwhile to prolong cases even in the face of an ultimate loss. Chances are most of their complaints fall off or have weak cases resulting in them winning .

I wish I could publish all my evidence of their failures over these last months, and their deliberate lies or misleading statements. It’s laughable for such an organisation. Especially since they have just received a large investment. Does your investors know of how bad your internals and practices are?

Got sold a faulty car all electrics faulty cut out whilst driving was returned to garage 21 times in first 3 months billing finance refused to accept car back or help! Dont go near! Lucky I didn’t have a serious accident as clearly there’s no support! Car was eventually returned to then mmm hit I was charged full amount 6 years later I received a email today so acknowledge my complaint! What a joke! Shouldn’t take 6 years!

Don’t bother with them !! Bought a car via a garage toom hours to get payment sent to garage… anyway 2 years pass and the vehicle was stolen I had a call off the police saying car is not registered to me and still registered to the garage purchased from.. I asked for a copy of v5 from billing finance they didn’t have one !! I queried why and after weeks no response of any use from them just recovery team asking for money as insurance are taking a while due to no v5. They are scum and god forbid anyone ever use them to finance any car. Bought car £5495 with interest want repaying £11000 !! Never ever will I use them again

I must say that the customer service was great right through the whole process and attention to detail is next to none, they even offered cups of coffee ☕️ while we waited in the office and again i must commend you guys on the cleanliness of the rest room which I haven't seen for a long time you 🙏🏼,congrats again and thanks for the experience I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, awesome.
