Love playing bingo and slots on this site. It is easy to use although I am just about getting used to the new layout. Chat hosts are always friendly just a shame some players have to moan so much. I don't join in the chat as people are so negative. So I keep myself to myself and just enjoy the games.

The hosts are becoming ruder and they rarely speak to me these days. Less chances to win, poor upgrades compared to how it was.
Seems any of the hosts who were good and pleasant have gone.
Over time this site has changed for the worse.
The free games was like listening to cackling hens and the squealing? Well not what I expect or like. Sorry cams you're becoming just like all the lesser sites now. Wrong direction. :-(

We know personalities can clash but we have to say, the current crop of hosts are absolutely fantastic - as all our hosts have always been. You don't get to be a host at Bingocams unless you have something special.
If you have any bad experiences in the rooms, then do let your host know or let the Helpdesk know. The last thing anybody wants is for the experience to be bad. After all, you are coming online for fun and enjoyment and that is the aim - always
Lastly - map reading was never our forte but we always get to our destination. Stick with us, the journey there is alway fun

All jokes aside, we are certainly sad to see that you do not like the changes, but we understand that change is always hard. We didn't remove upgrades but we replaced the bonus with actual, real, cold, hard, cash.

It is a shame that you do not like the new site, but the option of the older one is available for a little while yet.
We would just ask that you give it some time to settle in. A bit like a new pair of shoes. First day - they're lovely. Second day - they hurt. Third day - now there's blood and fourth day - ok, let's break them in.
So all in all, let's break the new site in and all shall be well.
