It is a shame if you feel it is unfair but we would never control things so that wins are based on time spent on the site.
Not only would it be completely unethical, but where would the line be drawn? 1 hour = 1 win, 2 hours = 2?

The site is now all take and no give bonus's gone, extra for cam on gone in normal rooms. Free bonus gone from 2 or 3 a week to 1.Same winners time and time again.
Chat hosts havent got the rapport with players they used to have.

There have been several changes recently, and whilst we know that some may not be popular, many more have been liked a great deal. You can never please everybody all the time, and many people fear change of anything - no matter what it is in life. That's par for the course.
Our bonuses have not gone. We issue fresh bonus codes at least once a week, both deposit and non-deposit required, and our hosts play lots of games in the rooms to earn more. Our social media also has extra bonus and prizes to be won such as day breaks or items, As you have not deposited for almost a month, it is likely that this has impacted your perception of the bonus codes on offer. There were certainly ones to be used between then and now.
Extra for webcam is not gone either - on our old site, fewer rooms have the LWM bonus % but it is in selected special rooms. Many people constantly asked for non-webcam chat games and these have been introduced on our new site and the feedback has been immensely positive about it.
It is a shame if you feel you do not have rapport with our hosts. All of our hosts are taken on for their special 'X-Factor' personalities and again, we do get lots of compliments about them. They are fantastic. Perhaps, if you so wish to do so, take some time to talk to them and get to know them a bit better?
Of course, should you wish to bingo without host-interaction - that is always an option. Whatever suits you.
Bearing in mind we have also brought in 12 hours of free bingo a day, as well as at least 2 free status rooms every week for everybody, and nightly free rooms, all of which have real cash prizes - we must respectfully disagree that it is take and no give. We constantly monitor and improve on our offerings and free bingo is something we do in abundance.
We are always happy to receive feedback and suggestions and our Suggestion Station or Helpdesk is available to receive any such ideas or comments. All are read and taken on board.

If so, just so you know, we're totally ok with that.
All jokes aside, we have had one or two teething problems with the new site but they have been ironed out as fast as possible but once each hump is over, it is onward to something amazing.
The older version is still an option to play on for a little while yet
