I joined this site last week, and so far so good, I only ever deposit £10 and see how far it gets and it got far,,,, had a couple of small but decent wins from this £10 😁 the slots on this site seem a lot fairer than others lately,,, virgin , William hill , party casino £10 last 10 min,,,, contacted customer service about my first withdrawal spoke a lovely lady called Theresa , very helpful solved the problem immediately and money was in the bank, I think this may be a regular site for myself, oh and have some brilliant bonuses and wagering really does turn into cash ,,, good fun site which is exactly what I’ve been looking for 👍👍👍

Awful gaming experience. It appears that bots are winning.
I will be asking for a subject access request to to ascertain how many supposed account have high balances.
The same players continue to win on repeat and on a loop.
This is not a fair gaming site.

I think the site as whole is very good and plays very the only issue I had was trying to withdraw funds had a really nice win and spoke to Paul initially last night who had told me to send my verification across (identity docs) and then they will sort it out so I will receive my money by 630pm today however when I went on to speak to Teresa this morning she informed me that hopefully it will be sorted and I'll have the winnings tomorrow but it's bank holiday so they might not sort until Tuesday which is a bit confusing and left me a little disappointed and unsure of what was actually true as I've seen alot of people really moan about the withdrawal issues on here but thought they were just disgruntled customers so thought I would try anyway. Cannot fault the friendliness of the two agents I spoke to I just wish I knew what information was correct.
As its left me a little anxious that I may encounter issues like other people have said but I'm hoping once I'm verified it will all go smoothly.
Once I get the withdrawal I will update this with the correct information so people are aware of the timescale and identity process for future reference as this is in no way a negative review the site is ace and the customer service team are excellent I'm just a bit dim and get confused.
Again Teresa and Paul were wonderful.
My current update is was initially told 630pm today then tomorrow then possibly Tuesday now I'm being told Saturday I feel very uncomfortable with the whole thing as I explained to them as I've never had this happen to me before I have emailed back now requesting someone explain the policy to me and give me information that is correct I wish someone would just explain it to me properly there has to be a better way to verify you and get the process going rather than wait until you wish to withdraw the money this is as of 28/3/2024 14:35
And have spoken to 3 different people with different information from 10pm last night.
Update 15:34 have been told again that is 48 hours to verify which will be tomorrow 10pm and the money is processed at the same time 25 minutes after being told I received another email asking for identification for the 3rd time in 24 hours.
Another update 16:06 I have been informed that my passport wouldn't be accepted because all 4 corners wernt in view however I confirmed prior with online chat and all 4 are infact in view very clearly getting a little frustrated at this point on the bright side once I'm verified I won't need to do this again and all withdrawals will fall under 24 hour wait
Final update of the night I hope 18:12 there has been some miscommunication by the looks of it and I've been sent round the bend I will update this again if they stick to there word and it works out as this way I will know that in fact they were doing what they said
Almost 3 days onwards now and I've finally been verified however very convenient that even though I was told funds would be released alongside of verification that's not the case and I won't get the withdrawal processed for another 3 days this is 1450 so not just 20quid its as if they are holding on to it. 631am 30/03 I'd have all chat logs and emails to so have filed a formal complaint and I will pursue this as the lack of information people are giving is awful
