ORDER NOT FULFILLED despite showing Dispatched!
Placed new order and a subscription and despite status showing "Dispatched" it's not been and won't be ever apparently becuase there's a payment issue. Nothing wrong with my card which worked for an order the same time at Holland & Barett's website which has already been delivered. Rude bloke on chat telling me it's my issue, even though status shows "Dispatched".
If you want something actually delivered, go elsewhere!
I see now other 1 star reviews reporting payment issues and like me they have no card payment issues themselves. It's this ridiculous website!
Avoid if you have a sensitive gut
Wish I had read the 1 star reviews before buying the Bio Kult Everyday Probiotic. I had a very similar reaction to a lot of other people (more reviews on Amazon): acute diarrhoea, bloating and abdominal pain after taking 3x tablets for 2 days (Recommended dosage is 4 tablets per day). I had recently recovered from a stomach bug and I have IBS-D so I was taking these to introduce some good bacteria after having acute diarrhoea a couple of weeks ago. I thought they would help diversify the bacteria in my gut, instead, they made me just as unwell as I was a few weeks ago. bio-kult mention that some people experience a “die off” effect when they begin taking the pro-biotics however they fail to mention how severe this experience can be. I was bed ridden for two days, could not digest any food, had to be near the toilet constantly and lost 2 kilos. This was akin to severe symptoms of bowel disease, not what I would expect from pro-biotics. I am currently on day 3 and have started to feel a bit better but I am incredibly weak and have had to take time off work.
I will not continue taking these at a lower dose given the severity of my symptoms.
I don’t know if my reaction is especially worse because of my IBS but I would proceed with caution/avoid if you already have a sensitive gut. There is a warning on the packet for those with autoimmune conditions however nothing mentioned about those with IBS. This should be labelled as such on the packet. Moreover, they should change the dosage instructions on the packet to include the smaller dose amounts that they recommended for those who may experience “die off” symptoms. The dosage on the packet is extremely high
Such a failure
I have been trying to place a subscription now for a week. Payment keep on failing. Tried multiple cards. Spoke with bank - no issues. Bio-Kult customer service is the worst. Could it be that although you offer 50%discount when subscribing, but then you do not fulfill the offer on purpose ???

I started taking Bio-Kult supplements on a holiday to Algeria - I took the travel/antibiotics ones and there was a noticeable difference. I now take the daily supplements and feel so much better for it. I bought the digestion ones for my husband and he loves it
I have been unwell with allergies
I have been unwell with allergies, skin condition. I was recently hospitalised & seen urgently by specialist awaiting control drug. In the meantime I tried bio kult everyday digestive. I can say I am terrified to say but I am completely cured. I pray for the owner of BIO KULT. I am going to Saudia arabia and I pray this person has wealth, health & success. He or she has cured many lives and mine. I cannot thank bio kult apart from in my daily prayers. I was in life or death situation bio kult has given me another life. I had no side effects I take 1 a day.

I've been very ill for some time after being prescribed semaglutide by my doctors. Nothing helped, until a friend recommended I should try Biokult.
I've a long way to go, but things are a lot better after only a month of using it!

Life changing (and I'm not the only one)
I had been suffering from what was feeling like a growing list of food intolerances (bread, dairy, spices) for around a year - having all but cut them out of my diet - until I tried Bio-Kult.
Having scoured the reviews, I thought it was worth a try before going to the doctors.
For the first few days I was definitely bloated and gassy but nothing too uncomfortable. And then after a few days, everything changed.
It felt like my digestion just clicked into place. And I felt better than I had...for as long as I could remember. I wondered if it would be a short-term effect, but I continued to take it, and slowly introduce bread and dairy into my diet - to no ill effect.
I'm about 4 months in and have happily recommended them to friends and family also struggling with digestives issues - one of which echoes my feelings of "life changing". We're so happy.
I started off taking half a tablet twice a day, as a whole tablet in one would make me bloat, but now I can manage one tablet once a day. I'd say it's worth starting on the lowest dosage and build up slowly to see what your body needs.

The Jury is out! I was unable to set up an account on line, with an error message continuously saying Error Try Again Later, meaning that I could not use the 15% discount code I had been offered as a new customer. I now await delivery, seemingly tomorrow, to see whether the promised service is genuine.

I have been trying for a week now to buy some BioKult boosted but was unable to use the 15% introductory discount code promised ... it neither applies at check out as the email promises nor does BIOKULTSNEW15 or BIOKULT15 work ... I have been in touch with customer services but after a series of messages this has still not been resolved. Surely this should be very simple?! Really want to try some of this and was going to get for my whole family but am losing heart/patience.
Fantastic service AND product
I placed my order about 5pm, and my supplements arrived at 9.30am the next day!! I ordered a months worth Boosted Extra Strength to help me recover from a bout of salmonella, and I started to feel better within 2 days, I’m considering adding these to my daily routine after the month is up - they have worked wonders. Expired product delivered and now given the runaround…
They shipped me a product already expired. When I contacted customer service, I was told their quality team would have to look into it first before they could refund me or replace the product. I sent 2 pictures of the expired product so they could clearly see it. Do your own investigation on your own time! Don’t make the customer wait for the refund or replacement product! Really poor customer service process.
