These have been a life changed for me. I suffered daily with heartburn and reflux. I have been to hospital twice been on different medication. But since taking bio kult it has completed gone, I have to keep pinching myself as I am amazed at how well I feel

Within two weeks of taking two ‘Bio kult Everyday’ capsules every evening, it helped calm the painful and embarrassing ulcerated colitis & IBS symptoms.

This is probably worst customer experience I have ever had. They literally will not process a cancel order. I canceleld my subscription on April 15 and they sent me another order on May 4. I reached out multiple times to their customer service through email (they dont have a phone number) and I have received no response. Meanwhile I expect to keep getting charged. Crazy.

Items were meant to be delivered last Wednesday by Evri, with agreed time slot. I waited all day, no delivery, only to find the tracking stating they could not deliver as I wasn't in - usual lie. I chased it up, no tracking update for 2 more days, then they assure me it will be delivered Saturday. Didn't arrive. Told Bio-Kult again and requested refund, only to be fobbed off, asked to wait longer to see if item arrives. It's now Monday, item not arrived. Evri now admit it's lost and they're searching for it! Surprise. Told Bio kult who again asked me to wait another 48 hours, by which time I'm certain they'll extend that. They owe me roughly £48. Totally unprofessional and a blatant breach of the consumer good act as the goods did not arrive by the agreed date. Now going to launch a dispute via bank. Will never buy form them again.

The product is good, but the shipping service is poor. It was delayed in being shipped out for about a month, and when they finally shipped it, only half of the order was sent. While the refund was processed quickly, I would have preferred to receive the entire order instead of a refund.

BioKult Boosted is honestly my go-to especially after antibiotics. I find them incredibly effective.

I started my husband on Bio Kult boosted after he had been in hospital and contracted CDiff after too many antibiotics.
After three rounds of Vancomycin it came back again and again.
He has been taking Bio Kult boosted for the past two months and so far so good and the CDiff has not returned.
I can’t thank Bio Kult enough for their help in this matter. Anyone who know anything about CDiff understands how dreadful and debilitating it can be.
He’s now back to normal bowel movements and we are both so relieved.

I ordered a pack of Bio Kult boosted for my daughter who had been prescribed anitiotics and paid for next day delivery. The order showed as delivered but it never arrived.

I contacted Bio Kult customer care and they told me that I had to fill in a form before they could process. I explained that I was unable to edit the pdf and I didn't have a printer and my daughter urgently needed the probiotics. I was just told they couldn't process without the form, which threatened police involvment if I am not truthful! Eventually I was able to save it in Google docs and fill in that way and sent in.

Every time I replied to their messages I had to wait up to 24 hours for a response so over one week later I have paid for a product that we have still not received.

My trust in Bio Kult has been broken and I will not buy from them again.

My little boy had glue ear and they wanted to take his tonsils out. I really felt it was a good intolerance. When he went to sleep he was snoring and sounded full up. He was 4yrs old. I was recommended to take him off sugar, yeast and put onto Bio Kult. He recovered in 3 days. He grew out of the intolerance and he’s now 19yrs. My family have used it when we have felt under the weather. Totally amazing probiotics. Also my partner developed acid reflux and a very chesty cough since the Covid jab. Remarkably the Dr wanted to put him on asthma pump. He tried these probiotics and every time his has a slight cough now he takes a probiotic and it stops. He was very sceptical but really can’t believe it. He’s in his 60’s and does lots of sport so his chest is very important. Can’t recommend enough.

I am happy with product. Speedy delivery. Will purchase again.

Really good delivery time, nice updates re order. Waited a while to review as it's obviously a long term situation. It has certainly helped lessen my acid reflux, not gone completely but I will continue taking these probiotics as I'm impressed with the results.

Prompt delivery but please reduce the amount of packaging used.
I started taking these after a very upset stomach after a recent foreign holiday. They have helped to calm and settle the system. They have helped to reduce bloating and gas produced which I've suffered with for months. Easy to take, I take with breakfast and I felt noticeably better after a week's use.
I will definitely be ordering more.

This USED to be a great company. They have now reduced the amount of powder in each capsule so you need to take double!! So we are now being charged twice the amount!
Check the size of capsule and compare it to an earlier batch. I will NOT be purchasing again!
