BioGrad is the best and most efficient lab provider for PCR and LFT testing. Staff excellent and friendly.
I continue to use them and no one else.

PCR TEST

I would advise you to avoid this service, it is more expensive and unable to guarantee 24hr results. It was so unnecessarily confusing when filling out the information required to send off the test. We did not receive the required code/number/reference, of perhaps we did bit did not explain which or where to find it. It took 2 hours to take the test and fill out the small piece of card because of the confusion. This company's communication is poor, taking up to a day to reply to important information. We communicated our confusion at the time of test taking and didn't receive a reply until after arriving in the USA 2 days later. In the reply they didn't explain anything, they just asked for basic information that they had already been given. This company may be useful for those of you that want rapid flows.

Please note, if you are expecting results in 24 hours, it may actually be 30h from the time it arrives with them at their actual base.

Also we did mot receive the necessary code or ID to log in to check out the tracking code so we were unable to find the location of the test. This meant we were checking our emails for almost 2 days.

We ended up having to spend a further £70 at the airport for a Fit To Fly Test which was incredible and arrived in only 20 minutes or less. 10000% recommend putting all your trust in airport testing as they guarantee results and necessary travel documents.

My wife and I are bitterly disappointed that our test results didn’t arrive in time to board our flight to Barbados yesterday.As a result we were denied boarding our flight to pick up our Caribbean cruise despite sending our tests off per priority posting last Sunday.Airport and hotel staff at Heathrow bent over backwards to help us,but to no avail.All desperate emails at Heathrow went unanswered until too late.We had to return home to Devon enduring substantial losses re hotel,train fares, holiday costs etc. only to be greeted by overnight emails providing negative test results this morning(day 4)You will be aware of the three day rule re pre fly PCR but your 24 hour or less guarantees were not met.
You will understand why we will not be recommending anyone use your services.

After lots of confusing information on Gov websites regarding travel to USA we contacted
Biograd diagnostics and they really helped us. Booked Antigen Fit to Fly Supervised Nurse test at 8am. Got results & certificate at 12.30pm same day. Perfect. Staff really lovely. Definitely Recommend BioGrad Diagnostics.

Brilliant service. Had our PCR day2 tests at 10 am and we received our results at 7 pm the same day. Excellent. Great price also. Thankyou.

We used this company in October -we called at the office in Bootle for the test after paying £40 I received my results -my husband never got his -we did our own at home so we knew we were negative but to pay £20 & not get anything -we used the same company last week -on the email we were told to place the kit in a designated post box -we arrived home weds 26th did not get the kit till Saturday -( we did our own in the meantime )this kit told us to use the website -we got stuck with instructions & had to have my daughter & hubby come to help out -to be honest I wasn’t goin to bother !!! We have spent £80 I’m disgusted -how have some people coped with the instructions -my flight was less than £40 -how can this be justified -we really are cross

Nothing to say about the quality of the test, same type of test than NHS tests, however uploading the results in my phone proved cumbersome. I've got an iphone 7 running Firefox and Safari. Both browsers were not able to scan the barcode provided with the test, so I have to download Chrome to actually report the result. In my mind, what is the point of that (scan the barcode) if reporting the number associated to the barcode and a picture of the card, test and passport is also part of the submission! I think the input form has lots of areas that are redundant. Also, one question is about the expiry date of the test, which is not clear when to find (it is in the plastic sachet containing the test, but not explicit or obvious).

The email with the results was very fast (a few hours), which is a great thing.

Overall service ok but the setup to report a result is hopeless and obviously designed by someone who has never tried to use it. Inputting info already held, poor function, just pathetic.

I did a lot of research when it came to finding the right test for my travel plans (affordability and delivery speed) but with the change of gov guidelines, it all went out the window. Bought a Day 2 PCR test ready for when I came back from my trip but gov had said they were not needed anymore and a day 2 lateral flow would be needed. BioGrad said that I could refund my Day 2 PCR but there was a £10 admin fee reducted from the refund and you have to pay for delivery tracking to send the test back.

Communication was fairly easy across email and Twitter DM's but shame about the refund admin fee and delivery as I don't believe I should've had to pay if gov guidelines change and the test is not needed anymore.

I am not happy giving one star because these guys do not deserve any. I sent off a PCR test on Tuesday the 25th as am speaking no trace of it with biograd. Customer service has no clue in relation to service and am sat here having to either cancel my flight or go elsewhere for over the roof price. Please stay of these guys.

The team is really really helpful. My flight is in less than 24 hours and I got my results on time. Would recommend to my friends too. Thank you for your help, I can catch my flight now :)

It should be make clear that the time you actually send your test kit is the exact time your 72 hrs start or 48 whichever it might be, i thought i was fine sending sample first early morning post, as the test wouldnt be done untill midday earliest.... But the time for some strange reason isnt when its tested, its when its sent so now i find my results fall 3 hours short of time of flight, so ive had to pay for yet another test....

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. We took the test on the 22nd, for flights on the 24th. We received the results on the 25th, after I had emailed twice and eventually asked for a refund. We had to pay an extra GBP119 for urgent tests on the 24th or miss our flights. This company wasted our money and caused terrible stress.

Easy to book and very professional and helpful nurse did my PCR test. My rating is based on being delayed at Barbados airport. The health officials were not accepting a nurse administered test and were re-testing people at a cost to the individual.

My antigen test was negative on returning home today and I uploaded the test, my antigen test number and my passport. I have received an confirmation email today but my date of birth is incorrect. To the best of my information I filled the form in correctly but it has the date of the 16/1/22 not 24 January as the test date for my antigen returning home test.

All straightforward. Booking in on line is initially a bit complicated and working out which test you need is a bit confusing but after that was very efficient. Thanks

We've used BioGrad a few times in the past when we needed to travel and have always had excellent service.
I needed to change the date of our day 2 test but couldn't amend on the website so I contacted them via email and asked if they could help.
I received confirmation emails within 10 minutes with my requested appointment changes.
I was very pleased that this had been done so speedily as it was a worry off my mind.
