recently purchased a CNC machine from Bionica.

Dealt with James at Bionica very helpful and the Machine was delivered when he said it would be and was of top quality.

His technical team completed install with no issues at all trained our staff and made the whole process easy.

Highly recommend Bionica to anyone requiring a CNC.

I'm a klutz when it comes to machines - it's a good job the team at Bionica Systems understand this because they have patiently guided me through the steep learning curve acomplete 'know-nothing' has to vgo through. The Pro Mill which I own does everything from hogging out electric ukulele bodies to fine line inlay pockets for headstock logos. Value for money and great service. Cool bunch of guys...

I had spent a number of months researching CNC machines reading reviews checking how they work with their specifications.
I contacted loads of companies for advice and information.
I stumbled across Bionica systems randomly searching the internet. I emailed them for information. An invitation down to Devon was soon accepted.
The Marchant family who own Bionicasystems have been nothing but helpful patient informative and professional. They seem to answer emails at all hours.
The quality of the parts they use are excellent.
I was sold very soon on both their machine and their helpfulness.
Obviously time will tell but no other company that I contacted are a patch on Bionicasystems.
In all a very big thank you to them from me personally I am chuffed to bits with my A0 Promill.

It's not often these days that you encounter excellent customer service but that's what you get from Bionica Systems. The A1 ProMill is a solidly designed rigid CNC platform that suits my needs perfectly. The team from Bionica deliver, install and train you for a nominal extra fee but for me that's a great and assuring option. Knowing everything is working as it should be without me lifting a finger (apart from to make the tea) is a valuable offering.

For my external workshop I needed some filtering on the electrics and they sent over a filter free of charge - great service, They also sent me some clamps to hold the machine steady on my bench.

A pleasure to work with. Recommended.
