I did not return to UK until 3 October.
You cannot call them and their website is absmal.DO NOT Use

Ordered on 22 August 2025 still not received it have already travelled through France so will be asking for money back. There is no way to contact them have tried through the web site that is a waste of time. Think before you buy.

Unfortunately there is always a error warning when I open the app, this should be fixed. I have updated the app but the warning still shows!
It takes a long time for the toll charges to show on the app, a faster response would be appreciated.

We have just returned home only to discover that this company has charged us twice, despite the fact that their service never worked as promised. From the very beginning, our tag was faulty — we immediately reported this through both email and the app, and even attempted to call their customer service from Calais, which turned out to be a complete waste of time.
Despite following all instructions, we kept the tag on the windscreen throughout our journey down to Spain. At no point did the tag register, no barriers opened, and every single time we had to pay manually with our credit card. A day or two into the trip, we suddenly lost access to the app altogether and could no longer log in. At the time, we didn’t worry too much, assuming the issue was being resolved.
Now, upon our return, we are shocked and outraged to find that this company has the audacity to charge us an excessive amount of money for a service that was never provided. Not only have we been double-charged, but we have been treated with utter disregard as paying customers. This is completely unacceptable, and we demand immediate clarification, reversal of all incorrect charges, and a formal explanation for this appalling experience.
