Horrible experience, avoid this company. I got my Bip&Go subscription via an AMEX promo, and it worked fine for a couple of years. At some point though, they stopped updating the card info so the automatic payment via AMEX would not work any longer when the card expired. But, **it was also impossible to change the payment method on the Bip&Go site**. Their customer support was useless. I gave back my badges but they now want to charge me for another year's subscription. Pure theft and disdain for their customers.

After years of using a competitor version we updated to a multi country disc.
Absolutely fantastic - app and all work fine - tested in France and Spain.

Frustrating: Website does not allow creation of subscription from UK although no indication of this. Neglibible customer service except unhelpful FAQs. No phone number on website. Turns out this is the wrong site for the UK - so why even haver an English version?

January 2025, I placed an order for a tag which never arrived. Our planned road trip was cancelled and we flew out instead. Despite the fact that no tag was ever received or used, by March we began receiving letters demanding large sums of money for alleged journeys we had never made.
When asked to provide evidence of these supposed trips, the company ignored the request and instead continued sending generic, scripted letters insisting on payment. Their behaviour is not only unprofessional but appears deliberately deceptive.
We chose not to engage with their intimidation tactics and are pursuing the matter through proper legal channels. My advice to others is clear: return any correspondence unopened, do not be drawn into their threats, and treat these demands for what they are — the tactics of parasites preying on customers.

My partner and I are beyond furious with this company of outright thieves. We ordered a tag well in advance of our trip, only to spend four weeks waiting in vain — nothing ever arrived. Our online account and app never worked, every attempt to reach them by phone was deliberately cut off, and not a single one of our emails received a genuine reply. We had no choice but to leave without the tag and use our credit card instead. Yet, on our return, we discovered that B&G had the audacity to steal a total of €330 from our account without delivering a thing. Despite our countless attempts to get answers, we’ve been stonewalled at every turn — the same meaningless, copy-and-paste email in French, no accountability, no refund, and absolutely no customer service. Their actions are nothing short of daylight robbery. To make matters worse, our own bank is refusing to intervene, effectively leaving us at the mercy of these con artists. We feel utterly cheated, ignored, and scammed. This is a disgraceful operation, and we demand urgent accountability and repayment of the money they have stolen.

The manual for installing the badge did not correspond with the product. IT is extremely difficult to log into the BIP&GO account to check invoices and payments. Overall the organization feels amateuristic

I find this service very convenient. The pricing however. Not so much. If you don’t use Bip&Go for 12 months, there’s a 10€ fee! WHY?

Awful. Never received the badge even after returning from France. 12 months later they are still charging me subscription fees. No way to make contact or retract your bank details! Avoid & just use emovis.
