However BIP Solutions attitude and service has always been exemplary and the Intelligence alert service I hope will continue to prove its worth in helping us identify potential opportunities for our waste business.

Lewis Curtis-Thomas was a great help. He made a lot of useful changes to my search criteria and clearly explained some useful areas of the website which I was unaware of.
Jamie Mcdonald has been a massive help guiding me through the Tracker options and he is always available to support any queries I have. Looking forward to next months support meeting to gauge the progress made.

Bip Intelligence has been a gamechanger for us, the ability to spot early engagement oppertunities and forecast when new awards are in the pipeline has been phenomenal.
With the intel from the platfrom we've been able to score some great opperunities and form some fantastic new parterships.
We have recently signed up to BiP Solutions and been using the portal for several months now. The portal provides tendering opportunities appropriate to our business area in one place saving valuable time and resources. Our Account Manager, Gerry McArthur has been extremely helpful through the onboarding process and is always there to provide advice and guidance as required. Gerry has regular meetings with us to ensure that we continue to target the appropriate tenders as well offering any additional help and support we require.

Since our company won a contract with a large council this company has used that information to SPAM us on a regular basis. Never trust a company that spams you as most spammers are Scammers ! This is not the way companies should do business and is against GDPR.

We were a little sceptical about these sorts of platforms, but from the initial demo from Scott and then making the decision to on-board, we have been very happy with what this is delivering into the business. Brandon has been most helpful ensuring we get the best of of it and continues to support us with this. Not recommended to our competitors, but very much so to the rest of you!

If there was an option to give this company a zero I would. They over promise and under deliver. We had no tenders and absolutely no help from them. Our account manager ignored our concerns completely until the subscription came to an end. Avoid.
Just in response to your reply. I emailed a formal.complaint to custrelations@bipsolutions and it wasn't even acknowledged. This is on top of multiple attempts with our account manager who asked for a Teams call, then simply stopped replying.

I have been working with BiP solutions for a number of years. They offer first class software and support. Our CSM is Brandon Coghill, who has been excellent.
Great service for helping identify opportunities outside our firm's networks to expand our horizons. Easy to use with great features, in particular the Relevance filtering option. Brandon as well is ace and a lovely account manager.
Our organisation recently moved over to Tracker Pro. It is a great system, but the information we require is a bit more complex than standard tender tracking. Despite seeing the benefits, having a busy workload made it hard for me to grasp the best way to extract the information from the new system. Luckily, our Customer Success Manager, Jamie McDonald, has been incredible and instrumental in our success with the system. He has helped us set up dashboards and reports and ensures we get the most out of our subscription. I would highly recommend BiP Solutions and especially Jamie for his exceptional and ongoing customer service from the very start.
