Tracker Pro represents the next level in tender intelligence

We have been using Tracker for several years and have just resigned to their new Tracker Pro system. We have found the system easy to navigate and use, highly responsive, and with the new Artificial Intelligence built in we are looking forward to the system locating tenders for us to recommend to our clients. After analysing the competitors we found Tracker Pro offered the most benefits for our organisation and Brandon has been helpful in setting us up on the new system.

BiP Solutions user

We are a subcontractor based in Llanelli, South Wales and we use BiP Solutions to help find public and private sector business contracts. We deal with Brandon Coghill who provides us with excellent one to one support and training to ensure we get the best out of the system. The system is updated on a regular basis and helps us to compete against large organisations.

Helpful Platform for new business

Joined last year and I find DCI a helpful platform for identifying new business opportunities in the public sector. We've had great service from John-Joe as our Account Manager to help us get more from our subscription.

New Platform Guide

Have been helped through the process of getting to grips with a new style platform by Brandon Coghill. I have to say that his patience and skill in explaining all to a slightly more senior person (!) is just great. Highly recommended.

If you sign up to BIP, make a note in your diary so you don't fall foul of subscription rollover

There is an auto roll over on the subscription and BIP will NOT send you a reminder that the subscription will auto renew.

Your invoices get sent automatically, marketing emails get sent automatically, tenders in your business area get sent automatically but they don't send you subscription roll over notification automatically (despite it being recommended as good practice by the OFT / CMA)

BIP state they make auto renewal very clear at point of sign up but as humans we can forget this, especially when we are trying to take on a lot of new information about BIP and how to optimise searches etc.

If I asked you to tell me now without checking any paperwork when does your mobile phone contract expire or what date did you have your second booster jab or when does your passport / driving license expire , lets be honest, not many of us would remember.

So, my advice is to make a note at the time you sign up with them and mark it in your diary IMMEDIATELY with at least 5 weeks before the annual subscription end date so you can cancel in time and don't fall foul of auto subscription and find yourself with an invoice.

BIP itself is in my opinion one of the best public procurement portals and I do state this to my clients.

The spend analysis is a very powerful feature to analyse who your potential and current clients are spending their money with, or indeed not as it may transpire (which can be very telling ), but in my opinion, all these powerful features are slightly marred by this auto renewal issue.

Auto renewal is an important part of our service and ensures clients do not miss out on important opportunities by inadvertently allowing their subscription to lapse. We are completely upfront about this approach and offer customers the option to cancel auto renewal at any point in advance of the actual renewal date. In addition, setting calendar reminders as you've suggested can also be helpful if you wish to control the renewal process yourself.

Appreciate the positive feedback on spend analysis - this is a really important feature that enables our clients to track and analyse spend patterns across the public sector, which in turn can support early engagement and identification of future opportunities.

Delighted with our BiP interaction

Brandon is always quick to respond to any enquiry and very helpful whenever we speak. He explains how we can enhance our utilisation of the BiP service very clearly and demonstrates, where appropriate, how this is done through visible screen sharing tours through Teams. We are delighted with the increased focus on ensuring we maximise our subscription.

BIP Solutions - Feedback and my experience.

I have been a customer since joining a new company in May 2022, where BIP Solutions was already set up and running. The account manager, Mr. Gerry McArthur introduced himself to me soon after I joined, and from day one, he has been extremely helpful and most efficient in all of his interactions with me. He has studiously and diligently explained the technicalities of the product and has maintained regular contact to ensure that the product is adding as much value to the company as possible. He has also gone beyond the call of duty by personally looking for suitable tender opportunities applicable to the company and sending them on to us. Very professional, knowledgeable, and I thoroughly recommend the product, as well as Mr. Gerry McArthur.

I've renewed twice and signed up for another 3 years

I've been a customer for about 6 years. I've found the service really useful and have managed to identify and win several tenders that were found through the tracker service. Our account manager John-Joe has been kind enough to provide us extra services beyond our subscription on a couple of occasions to help find tenders out of our territory or to complete FOI requests.

A great first impression

We have only just signed up to BIP but our account Manager Brandon Coghill has been extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever we have a query with our account. He always takes the time to jump on a call and explain things. He also seems extremely knowledgeable which has been a massive help when setting up our search fields etc.
