Received some really helpful advice from Ben about a problem with our tank by telephone. He was clearly knowledgable and helped us understand the issue. He recommended a different tank.
Visited the store to look and discuss further. Very impressed with the knowledge, advice and service. Bought a new tank that is now set up.
I couldn’t rate this place higher. I’ve been coming here for 35 years+. Over the years I’ve had pond fish, aquarium fish, marine fish…. The fish are always excellent quality. Even though I’ve now moved away I still come here because I know the fish will be fine, unlike my local fish shop in Northfleet where the fish don’t survive a day which is disgusting. I’ve also tried another shop too which wasn’t good either as the fish also died in under 3 days. That’s compelled me to write this review. As I just waste my money going anywhere else.
The lads here really care about their livestock. The fish are clearly well looked after here. They aren’t rough with the fish when they catch them and bag them up. The proof is, anything you buy, lives a long time.
Still run by the same men since I was a child.
Couldn’t recommend them more.
