Three stars not because my experience was terribly bad but because it wasn’t anything special. A simple transfer of ownership, no mortgage nothing took 12 weeks and for twice the price of the other party it quite frankly didn’t live up to the price difference. Sorry to be brutally honest. Had to keep chasing them to move them forward. Wouldn’t recommend in a hurry.

Dale and the Lincoln team were great during this whole process with quick and detailed responses which was very important to us. It always felt like they had our back through our first-time buyer purchase, with different challenges popping up. There was no pressure due to the "no move, no fee" which was great, as we had to back out of a flat last year due to so many red flags.
