Sarah and the whole Lincoln team were really helpful at every stage of the process of buying a home. Even though it seems like a difficult process, the internal platform breaks every step down and if you have any questions, the team will answer them either via email or phone very fast.

I chose Bird and Co because they were first to reply to my enquiry when I was looking for a solicitor… I like that I got a response the same day. They were efficient and communicated well. I got reassurance when I needed it and it was all pretty straightforward with no dramas. I would use them if buying or selling property again and will probably use them for other things as well. Team Turner were great.

We used Bird and Co for the purchase of a leasehold flat. It was quite a complex purchase which took a lot of backwards and forwards between us and the vendors. We were very happy with the detail that our conveyancer provided which was mostly via email, although we had two or three phone conversations. Would recommend.

Although our experience has been quite emotional, this is through no fault of Rachael Burchett, who was exceptional throughout both transactions (sale and purchase).

Rachael responded promptly to all queries, dealing with matters professionally and given the complexities of these transactions managed the situation very well.

Due to matters outside Rachael’s control frustrations were high, but despite the pressure and client demands Rachael supported us throughout.

This the second lot of conveyancing I have had dealt with by Grace Turner at Bird and Co. I have been very happy with her work and would recommend Bird and Co.

There was always someone at the end of the phone or on line to help me or answer my queries. I would rather talk to a person rather than leave messages on the portal and they were all happy to accommodate me.

This is my second time using Bird & Co for conveyancing as I was impressed the first time around. Overall the team are very good - they are polite, professional and quick. My only criticism is that they needed to be a bit clearer on fees.
