Need to iron out some issues
I was really excited to receive the pizza delivery. However, I ordered a gluten free base and a normal base. When both packets arrived, there was no indication on the packet which was gluten free. Also, the ingredients list is extensive, but a bit too fancy for my kids. I ordered the salami pizza, but it had a funny fennel taste to it. It was nice to receive a pizza oven crisper, however, we only received one. The other pizza we put directly onto the oven shelf (as the pizzas take 10mins) but unfortunately, the base completely fell apart and fell through the rack!!

Hi Geri, thank you for the feedback and constructive comments. Completely agree with the underlying point regarding informing customers more. In terms of the specific points see below:
Gluten Free base - the label may have fallen off during transit or been missed - will look into this.
Fennel taste in salami - the pizza chosen was Garlic & Fennel salami as described in our menu. We're looking to add our British Pepperoni, which is delicious, natural and a little more widely understood.
Pizza oven crisper (mesh) - this was a free item for first time purchases. More can be purchased online for £1.99. The pizzas are designed to primarily bake on a normal tray in the absence of a pizza oven crisper - the preparation guide may need to be a little clearer - will look into this.
Thanks again for the useful insight - we'll make the suggested improvements and better inform our customers.
