Recently ordered all my kids birthday supplies and everything was crafted as expected with quick shipping!

Did not receive my entire order. Needed items for grandsons party.

I haven't received my purchase by the promise Date and time

I was sent wrong item. Sent an email explaining situation and that I would like what I ordered to be sent to me. Never received a response back.

Zero customer service & messed up order! They didn’t include 2 items in my order but still charged me for them!!!! There is no customer service phone number to call, just an email form which is a JOKE. The form says someone will respond within 24 hours- um no. I’ve filled it out several times & have yet to hear a response. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. I don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down. This company is horrible, avoid them at all costs.

I did not receive all the items I ordered and paid for. I’ve reached out to customer service twice, no response.

I never received the stuff that I ordered. I called and they said they would send it again and I still never received anything.

Sent me the wrong items. Will not pick up the phone or respond to 3 customer service emails. Party is in a week and I now have to scramble to buy everything again.

They turn out great! Quick delivery

The website was helpful and I ordered for 4 events. I received the box damaged and tried reporting to them 3 different times with no response. I had items left out completely and other items damaged. Lastly, I ordered 3 packages of 8 plastic luncheon plates. I received in a huge box, 3 plates that were scratched and cracked. Not sure why they thought I only wanted 3 plates.

I am missing 2 grave digger tablecloth’s from my order. I have sent multiple emails and have not received a response. Then you want to send me a survey asking how you did? Send me the tablecloth’s I paid for ASAP

I purchased an owl piñata, surprise boxes and paperware. I was pleasantly surprised about the perfect size, beautifully designed piñata. The order came on time. Huddle free. I did however get way more boxes than what I ordered. :)

I’ve placed an order but one of my items I didn’t receive. I’ve been contacting you guys for days now sending emails, as well as call the number you have doesn’t work and no one has yet responded to my emails very bad customer service!

I ordered silver and gold tinsel garland, 20’ x 15”, and I ordered 7 packs of each color. This was about an $85 order. We got the 7 silver but only got 6 packs of the gold. We were shorted one package of the gold. We were fortunate that our local Party Wow store had a few packs of gold and we bought one to replace the shortage. I expect to get what I’ve ordered and paid for.

I was very disappointed with Birthday Express; I will not order anything else from them. I tried to reach them about a mistake in my order prior to shipment and then tried to reach them about the deliver since my order was time sensitive and received no reply. They have no Phone number to call; the one on the site is no good

Great prices and quick shipping. I didn’t receive items and emailed 3 times, but haven’t heard back. I also received items that belonged to somebody else. I tried to look for a phone number to call customer service, but couldn’t find one. All I could use was a form online.

I’ve emailed them 5 times now over past couple weeks and haven’t heard a word back about my missing labels for my sons birthday party!
