No one ever replied back to me. After send e-mail the only option to contact anyone with this company. After multiple emails my mixed up order was never resolved and I never heard back. Would be great to have a response and correct item send to me.

Ordered some pocoyo party supplies and it was cute and just as pictured, my son loved them.

Package came damaged, item missing, customer service never responded to multiple attempts at outreach for resolution.

At the 11th hour, I was tasked with planning my granddaughter's FIRST birthday! I used party express and got EVERYTHING I ordered within a couple of DAYS!!! The decorations look GREAT and were VERY, VERY inexpensive. I will recommend and CONTINUE to use this site for ALL my party deco!

I ordered a few items, one of which was a small unicorn toy. Obviously, not a necessity, but I order it, the money was taken from my account, and I never received it. I have reached out to the company two times about the issue and I have gotten no response. I will be refuting the charge with my bank because I literally received an empty box with no unicorn toy in it, and again, there has been no response to my attempts to contact the company.

My order was supposed to come in two separate packages only one was delivered the second package has read status label created Four weeks now I emailed twice to find out why the package hasn’t been mailed out with no response this is for a birthday party and I would really like to know if I’m going to get this on time right now looks like it’s not going to happen

I ordered several things for a birthday party. I received half of my order within two weeks, and I still have not received the remainder of my order. It has been over a month and I have no information regarding where the packages are.

I was delighted when the package came from Birthday Express just in time for the big NFL Football Game this weekend. I needed a few paper plates with my favorite team’s logo. We are having a few friends over for a small tailgate gathering during the game. I can not wait to surprise my husband. Go Eagles!

What arrived was great but part of my order was incorrect. I emailed customer service and was told I would have a response in 24 hours. There was no response at all and no phone number listed anywhere on the website. I was excited to discover this company and had planned to use them again but I now I won’t due to this disappointing customer service.

Missing item's, wrong item's received and no luck on getting a hold of customers service. This is my 2nd order from them and the first one I had no issues what so ever. Phone number doesn't work either.

I ordered a centerpiece for a birthday party. When I opened the package, there was no centerpiece. Instead, they sent me a very small, blue gift bag. After sending countless, unanswered emails, I am left with the wrong item and zero opportunities for a resolution. Do yourself a favor! DO NOT order anything from Birthday Express!! Wish I would have read the reviews first, before placing an order.

I didn’t receive my entire order and I want to send the items I got back because I was able to get everything from Amazon but they charge a restocking fee.

Everything was perfect but I did order monster jam small wall decals but they sent me the race car decals. I emailed them and it’s been a week and haven’t heard anything back.
