Poor service
There was no delivery communication and my first email asking for a date was ignored. The delivery just turned up with no warning, luckily someone was in. I was really disappointed with this service. The bed had some damage to the headboard and we had to drill some holes as the ones there weren't connected so you couldn’t get a screw through.

Hi, Thanks for leaving your review, the product you ordered did have a 15 working day delivery lead time as the bed is manufactured to order which you were aware of when ordering. Its disappointing to hear the courier didn't book in with you so I will follow up with them regarding this
Also I haven't had any communication from you with regards to the damage which we would have rectified for you with the manufacturer. We would not have recommended would be to drill into the product as this will void any warranty.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! I found exactly what I wanted on the website, which was easy to navigate. I was able to buy just two bed slats at a great price and they arrived in two days being well wrapped. I now have a secure bed frame after my puppy chewed it! Would recommend this company.

The bed base was really good

We are sorry about your negative experience, when I've looked into your query it appears the packaging your base was delivered showed signs of mishandling from the courier. I can check if we have the part needed to protect your bed and sent this out in the post for you.
I have found your email with images but not a second email, our mailbox has a filter which doesn't allow larger emails with multiple pictures to be delivered so apologies this wasn't picked up.

Item not as described
I received separate single slats. The strip which was supposed to connect them was cut for each slat and this was a disappointment. I don't know why they came like this as they were meant to be connected. My previous order was fine but not this one.

Thanks for taking the time to review.
As you requested the slats to be cut to a required length we have to remove the webbing strip to allow the saw to cut the slats individually. This is why the slats were sperate.
Bed took longer to be delivered
Bed took longer to be delivered, more like 28 days, but we ordered in the new sale after Boxing Day. I had to contact the company , they did not keep me informed.
The bed arrived on the pre arranged day, well wrapped.
