I am so grateful for this service. The food is great and the customer service is second to none. Thank you to Chris who went above and beyond to meet my requests. I have shared bistroMD with my close friends and they love it too. Doubtful? Don't be afraid to personalize with your own spices and stevia.

Professional and personal attention. This plan actually works!! The meals are excellent. The flexibility of choosing your meals is outstanding. There is no reason to repeat types of meals unless you get hooked on a particular meal. The food is fresh. Cannot say enough about a diet with pancakes, potatoes, fish, poultry, beef, etc. What I also like is that you keep track of your weight goals. You can stop subscription at any time without any hassles.

I was sent an incorrect item. As soon as I called I talked to a human, Chris, who immediately checked out the problem and resolved it. Excellent customer service!
I also want to mention that these are the best-prepared meals I have found. My husband has a medical issue that requires him to lose weight. He has tried several other programs and has not liked any of them. However, so far, he has enjoyed every single meal he has had from BistroMD. Thank you for helping my husband.

We decided to try BistroMD during the weeks I was recuperating from shoulder surgery. As I’m the cook, I thought this would be helpful for my husband. Besides being easy for us to eat healthy during this time when cooking was not possible, I lost 5 lbs. and was able to practice smaller portions!

I really like to cook, which is really the reason we didn’t continue. The meals from bistroMD are really quite good. Because you can choose what you like, if you find a meal that isn’t to your tastes, just switch it. It doesn’t take long to find your favorites.

I think the most helpful part besides the meal choices are the snacks. They are tasty with fiber and protein. I didn’t have to think about what would be a good snack, I had them! You can also choose the ones you like in each order.

Their customer service is very good. When I decided to cancel, Emily was very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend BistroMD and would subscribe again in the future,

We set up a subscription to BistroMD after my husband had open heart surgery and needed to quickly change his diet to a low sodium one. There were a few hiccups (surgery delayed, needed to pause deliveries, etc.) and the customer service representatives were wonderful to work with! When there was a billing error, Morgan was quick to correct the mistake and get things back on track. We have recommended this company to several of our friends. I appreciate good customer service these days - it can be hard to come by from some companies…

Frozen meals if you like that. I signed up for the food service for convenience and trying to control portions. The meals were shipped on time and well-packaged. However, I found I did not enjoy eating frozen meals all the time. Fresh is so much better! I enjoy various cuisines, however I have to say I did not enjoy most of the meals I received. I tried different methods of heating, but the fact remains that frozen veggies reheated are rubbery. The sauces on the entree often turned watery (even if heating uncovered in the microwave or oven). Tried the air fryer, etc. nothing seemed to help make these meals palatable to me). I was able to cancel with no issues. It was just a waste for me, but if you don't mind paying a lot of money for a frozen meal, you will be happy.

This company gives excellent service, and their food is so good. I had an issue and worked with Morgan in customer service. She was great. I am not trying to lose weight but want excellent and healthy food. My BistroMD delivers both. The quality is first-rate, and if you need assistance, they are right there.

My wife and I are on different meal plans delivered Wednesday and Saturday and have had great responsiveness to all our interactions with bistroMD.
The food is VERY TASTY and HEALTHY!!!
We both are losing weight at a pound or two per week and highly recommend bistroMD!

I'm docking 1 star because I think the website could be better (switching meals out), but other than that, I'm happy. The food is much better than the typical diet frozen food at the grocery store, and I've immediately reached customer service reps both times I've called to ask questions. The 2nd time I spoke to Emily, who was pleasant and helpful (I had been curious as to why I didn't see a lot of the same snack choices I had before, and she explained that they are changing some of the packaging, but it will all be back up in 3 days). The food keeps me full and it is high quality. There have been some duds, but it's easy to remove them. The convenience and quality, imo, is worth the price.

The food is delicious and healthy. Particular strong kudos to the friendly, competent and available customer service staff. Thank you Chris!!

I chose the menopause food plan and every bite was full of flavor. And the food combinations added a pop of surprise that worked well together. I also found the foods were cooked just right.
During my first week I received a phone call just to see if I had concerns/questions. Plus Patrick was responsive with email. Nice company.

I started BistroMD 3 months ago and could not be more pleased. The meals are healthy, yet somehow they manage to make them taste good - not a combination often found in food that can be frozen and delivered. Preparation is 3 minutes in the microwave. On a few occasions I have had a meal that was not to my liking. But the app makes it easy to simply remove from future orders. And...a quick shout-out to their customer service - when was the last time you got to talk to a helpful human after dialing Customer Service?!!

Firt time customer and had follow up questions. Excellent customer service support and explanations by Emily. The following day Todd reached out to Welcome me and ensure I knew how to make adjustments.

I have tried several plans - this is easiest and very tasty so far. Customer Service walked me through making some changes today, with great patience and listening.
Definitely like the service.

When my mother developed Edema and had a difficult time finding low sodium meals that would help her recover, I found Bistro MD and subscribed so I could send my mother low sodium, delicious, easy to prepare meals. For almost a year my mother has enjoyed delicious, balanced, low sodium meals and has been healthier for it. I am so thankful for this service.

Of times for my elderly mom. They were pricey, but convenient. The problem started when I tried to cancel. I could not reach anyone…. Until the day after the cut off to receive the next order. I explained that I had been tryi
G to reach them. They weren’t interested. The “stinks to be you!” Response. I would discourage getting involved with this company.

Awful food and even worse customer service. Ordered their keto program for a week - every single meal had at least 40g of carbs. I reached to CS and their response was basically “too bad”. I figured I will try to eat what I can, but the meals are practically inedible - chewy tough meat smothered in sauce and bland, overcooked veggies. Shame on you, Bistro MD for not standing behind your products and taking advantage of people in these tough times.

Food is delicious, plan is easy to follow. Warning: meals a very protein heavy, so be sure to check with your own physician before starting. Customer service is very lacking, emails go unanswered. Website is problematic, for example I was unable to complete my cancellation online after completing an online form. Had to call in a few times and was on hold for 8-9 minutes each time.
