After purchasing Injective coins on their platform I wanted to send them to my private wallet but when I click on the "Send to blockchain" option in their mobile app it says "Injective Protocal has on-chain withdrawals disabled" (in the desktop version you don't even see the "send to blockchain" option).

I need to send my coins to my private wallet because storing them on an online exchange is not safe and always associated with increased risk (the saying "not your private keys, not your coins" comes to mind) and EVERY single exchange on the internet allows this option, so how come I can not withdraw/send my OWN coins that I paid for with my OWN money to my OWN private wallet?

Secondly, they deceive their customers with their fee structure. For example when you check the price for Injective on their site (just click on "markets" and then "see all crypto currencies") it says you would get approximately 93 INJ for 3500 euros as of Jan. 16th 12 GMT but as soon as you log in you get a different price quoted (only 90 INJ at the exact same time) and hence I had to pay over 80 euros in fees. Needless to say, this is intransparent advertising and in violation of the guidelines set forth by the DGS and the CNMV which they are subject to (charging the fees is in compliance with the law but not the intransparent advertising with different prices displayed for new users and logged in users). A complaint with the DBS and the CNMV as well as the regulatory body of the EU Commission will be lodged shortly.

Very nice product and the overall experience feels quite safe.

You have everything you need and your coin is performing very well.

what is happening here? Is this even regulated platform? I have transferred fiat deposit there worth of 10,000 Euro, they accepted my money within 5 minutes. then I exchanged money into crypto and tried withdrawal, but my withdrawal button just disappeared. I've been sending them emails for help and trying their phone number and WhatsApp, which by the way is not working, and its been 9 DAYS no help from them. I lose money in crypto, I am afraid to exchange it back to Fiat and withdraw it back to my bank because as I check reviews, they complicate fiat withdrawals too. Few days ago I received mail from them finally, that I need to sign document to activate my withdrawal, I did so, but still nothing has been changed! Should I go to authorities? It's been 9 days, I think they are just playing with me. I sent them big email and their respond was - we apologize, we will call you, and of course, no one called !

In the beginning I was thinking they did not have time to fix my problem, but obviously they do have time because they are sending out unrelated and out of content emails.

I just want to give an advice to everyone, do not use this so called ,,exchanger''.

The truth is, I looked at the reviews here before registering on their site, I'm not disappointed. Their platform is easy to use, their technical support is very responsive, they respond within 24 hours. I valid...

I was blocked from sending via blockchain networks to my other wallets, no reason, all attempts to do this no avail, several mails & Calls to customer support, they directed me to verification mail, I mailed too no response. Very bad service, I didn’t complain anything to you guys why restrict me from sending to my own wallet

I had a very bad experience. I tried to withdraw 2000 EURO. And until now I can't see it and I don't received any reply from the customer service.

I was a victim of fraud through this company and the company took no responsibility or action against the fraud. It was reported to the police.

More bureacraucy that needed, but generally functional

Bit2Me is so easy to use and works absolutely 100% of the time, - has been doing for years now - if you're anywhere near Europe and UK why go anywhere else really. Excellent site!

I can not withdraw my bitcoin i do not trust this app completely 😤

With the phone app I'm using I enjoy fast crypto purchases and reliable support staff. There's farming and staking as extra s and point reward system. So far I've had no trouble receiving my transactions.
It is a good service for purchase of cryptocurrency.
