Customer service is extremely poor they reply once in a month and I’m stuck financially please I need my money bit2me. I have every information from the receipt to the restriction and all customers agent replies. I do not recommend this bank if you don’t have spare cash

My account was hacked, no response after I have called 4 times and waited for a month, they record the incidence but then they do not call me back, let alone offer any solution. This transcends the potential security faults this company might have, they haven't been there for me when I needed them the most.

Bought and sold 25.000€ worth of crypto on this platform. I ran into problems hundreds of times but because the reliability and possibility to also buy small amounts I kept on using it. Customer support and their entire system should be considered a crime. And the way they treat you after these amounts of buying selling is to me unbelievable. Look elsewhere for similar apps and learn the proper way on an exchange or similar. You will save yourself a lot of headache and A LOT. Of money. Lowest rating I can gives company on TrustPilot and I do not understand where these 5 star reviews are coming from. They are obviously bought or manipulated. WARNING for greedy and I transparent company. That was everything from me. //Disappointed 1 year user

Bit2Me advertises referral rewards with clear visible requirements (deposit, buy crypto, complete KYC). I completed all steps exactly as shown in the app.
After rewards were shown as earned, they blocked withdrawals claiming “lack of genuine use”, which was never clearly stated as a measurable requirement during the promotion.
Users are encouraged to deposit and trade but bonuses can later be denied using vague criteria. This feels misleading and unfair, especially since fees are still charged during participation.
Be careful with promotional campaigns on this platform.

I have had to contact technical support on several occasions in the past few days. My problem does not stem from a malfunction of the platform, but rather it is my responsibility. From the very beginning, the telephone support response, whether by phone or email, has not only been excellent professionally but also in terms of collaboration, understanding, and kindness, which have facilitated procedures, contacts, and advice for me that would have been impossible to manage without their help. I'm not satisfied, I believe that somehow a sell (about 17€) amount from crypto to eur did not go in my eur wallet. When downloading the transaction history as pdf it is written correctly on the balance, but in the app's transaction history it isn't. Also I remember that in the pro dashboard panel after the sell the amount was not in 'available balance' or euro wallet but was too in 'executed volume'. At that moment it was still very clear since it was my first transaction. I wrote an email with screenshots and the transaction ID. There reply: "Hi,
So that we can check the email address with which your account is registered.
Thank you for choosing Bit2Me, we are at your disposal for anything you may need."
Later I sent more messages with the same question, but received replies saying that everything is fine and since there are more transactions made it is I think not possible to calculate back.

I have been waiting for days since a relatively small transaction to my cold wallet was blocked.
I contacted with they bots, that are truly indistinguishable from the real people, I have sent emails, and I always get the same answer that they will verify the transaction.
They keep delaying any action. I think it is a company that has really no empathy with their clients.

they blocked transactions with no reason. it is not possible to communicate with them, on the chat, if you get something who will talk to you they just say nothing.

If you want to waste your time and money on commissions - use bit2me. This is the stupidest platform I've ever used, every step needs to be verified by their notorious "verifications team", which is gonna take you a lot of time, I am not joke, EVERY STEP NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED BY ASKING YOU A LOT OF DOCUMENTS, and even if you provide them, they will be soooo slooooow reviewing them. During that time you are not able to do anything with your wallet - so your funds are blocked there. Also, do not count on their techincal support - they won't help you, they just ask you to wait every time, and even more - they told me that all of the departments would be working during the weekends, but it turned out that they did not work, which made me wait 2 days more, while their notorious "verifications team" will take a look.

I do not recommend this wallet and especially participation in the referral program. It is one big scam, they do not pay out rewards under stupid pretexts. They urge you to recommend friends and then look for problems so as not to pay you for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! SCAM!
