Account blocked for no reason!!! Scam company

I just found out that my account is blocked for no reason with my money still in it (around 100 euro) And I didn't receive 15 euro sign up bonus like they promised.
Big scam company if you ask me...

Not a good start with bit2me compared…

Not a good start with bit2me compared with coinbase. First, they had a promotion of 15 € for registration, I followed all steps and they didnt give me the 15 €. I opened a support tickets and always replying that they are checking with the corresponding department. Their interface also dont allow to see in one shot what are your % of gains with respect of the first investment.

Bit2me customer support did amazing job…

Bit2me customer support did amazing job 🫡. I would like to thank the bit2me verification department for helping me with the fraud action. Someone had made payment with my credit card, and the verification guys identified the account and refunded the money to my card in a few days. Thank you so much.

Now I see why the negative reviews.. I am having same issue for months trying to send BTC to Trezor. Bit2me asked for proof I control the Trezor Wallet. They approved my wallet address and asked me to withdraw my BTC. Of course I tried to send my BTC to wallet and still recieve an error message EVERY time I try to send. Then they tell me try Chrome Incognito mode still same problem. Their support is horrible, basically non existent all they do is patronize you!! Stay away Far away!! I will come back and post as soon as I get my BTC transferred and I WILL!!

This is probably the most organised…

This is probably the most organised scam scheme in the crypto community. Block your money for purpose of verification, and never answer you on nothing, i used this site two times for small amounts for two months, i deposited with same credit card , withdraw to the same adress, it was ok. Then i deposited a bigger amount with same credit card same adress and they blocked me and never replied

Be careful, you will not see your money again

Bit2me freezes accounts and blocks the possibility of sending the money to safe wallets. The idea is that you put all the money you can in their platform, buy with their high commissions and if you want to recover your money then you have to sell and they take more higher comissions. They are simply greedy, they take it all, you will be left poor with their system. STAY AWAY!!!

I have some funds in the exchange but…

I have some funds in the exchange but there are so many problems with it because I cant withdraw the funds to my bank or to any of my wallets, they also are not accepting my verification, support team are not being helpful and are not accepting to send the funds to my bank, some authority needs to do something because most likely they stole my money. I need my money back!

Please don't deposit with Bit2me!!

Please don't deposit with Bit2me!!! They will block all your withdrawals but won't block anything you deposit. I have it on video that you can 'deposit' however the account is blocked. I have money in there and it's just stolen. I just had a child and was needing this money. I have tried multiple times to talk to customer service but they say they will send it to the 'relevant department' and haven't heard anything. Just want to withdraw my own money. What a disgrace this place is.

Wont let you withdraw

They are happy to take your money but you cannot withdraw. I did a few small transactions to see how it worked and was able to withdraw 300 but very soon after they asked me for another 3000 which i put in, then they said i cant withdraw due to verification, so I give them the relevant documents, and then they say verification has failed and i need to deposit another 60% of total asset value which at this point is around 5000 just so they will reconsider looking at the verification. I would not recommend anyone to do business here.

They froze my account after I…

They froze my account after I transferred 3000 euros. Now I can not withdraw it neither it Euro, Crypto, Nothing! I tried to contact via Whatsapp, but they don't help, they tell me to contact via email, which I did, it says that it shouldn't take longer than 3 days, 4 days have passed without any replies. They didn't send me any email or alert about any problem with my account and how to solve it, just waited me to add money so they could block it. I already had problems with them when withdrawing another high amount like this, that took me 5 days, after waiting a long time for the support, they just cancelled the withdraw, luckily I managed to withdraw it in low amount without them blocking. But this time my whole account is blocked. I don't recommend doing any business with them.

Withdrawal blocked and my money is lost - scam?

I have'nt used Bit2me in two years and I wanted to try it again. So recently I first deposited 475 Euro and bought Litecoin with it. Then I wanted to withdraw the crypto to my private litecoin wallet and when i tried to sent it i only got a error message with "This operation is blocked". After that I tried selling some of the Litecoins to test if i could withdraw fiat and i got the same error.
I looked into my emails and found a email from over 2 years ago, where bit2me wanted me to verificate a small transfer i made with bitcoin. I sent the bitcoin to a wallet, but I dont think im abled to track back where precisly the transfer was made to, because it was two years ago..
I tried contacting bit2me in every possible way and they only responded to my tickets with "it will be reviewed shortly by one of our agents". I never got an answer, so I guess my 475€ are lost now.
