A scam. I opened an account, was approved. I ordered a card, billed $27 or so. 3 days later they told me my account was being closed. I asked for a refund, they told me that cards are free. I sent them all the screen captures and showed them the chat. Now they totally closed my account (luckily I have the screen captures and the email) so I can't access anything.
I passed it over to my lawyer just to not let scammers get away with hundreds of $27 commission for nothing, since I can afford it. So will have to waste time in court and lawyer's fees - which should be reimbursed at least partially once i win - for this fraud site where I don't see how they can deny anything when it is written in black & white they billed me.
To avoid completely. There is plenty of trustworthy crypto sites, unfortunately, there is still plenty of scams like this one.

They have made it impossible to unsubscribe to their spam mails, due to the unsubscribe button not being clickable, and support ignored my email that I sent over a month ago asking to remove me from the subscribe list.
Doesn't seem to care at all about GDPR, therefore I believe it's a very unserious company. Would absolutely not recommend, since they are keeping very sensitive data like IDs.

My withdrawal's been stuck on pending for over 5 freaking days, and not a single complaints of mine has been dealt with. it's like they're straight-up tryin' to mess with me and not pay me. If I'd dumped that cash into echelonis elitus, I'd be raking it in big time. Stay away from this total joke of a place.

Bit2me is very serious about is costumers they really care about us, when we ha an issue what is rare, they are really fast on resolution and replying, i really like it cause they don’t take too much time to get your issue sorted, i really recommend this platform they deserve to be on the top cause they do a great job since all those years they are on the market.

I withdrew my 8000 usdt to do a time sensitive trade on a dex, but instead of withdrawing they decided to put it 'in queue' Freezing my money for nothing. I am already fully verified so really no need for that. I even sent crypto to that same address plenty of times before arriving instantly. Their customer service is not even open. I really wished I had used kucoin instead now. I am going to cut the crypto card I got from them and will not ever do my business through them again. I justed started to trust them as an exchange until this happened. Their loss I have plenty of crypto I am trading with. No more bit2me for me.

then somebody calls you and pretends that before transferring the funds you have to complete a "mandatory quality evaluation"

Afer being a fully verified, good client for over an year, they decided to scam me!
I have done numerous transactions for over €12,000 in the past year. All was good until suddenly, a month ago I deposited €200 and attempted to send it to my girlfriend in Ukraine where she withdrawa in crypto ATMs. I noticed option to send to external address was unavailable. So I submitted a ticket and checked my email to see a confirmation. I noticed an email from them two days prior that they need verification for a transaction worth €100 a month ago.
All my transactions are basically to my gf in Kyev. She goes to a crypto ATM, sends me an address, and I send crypto to that address.Thats the whole story. However, they continued to ask for screenshots that do not exist.
I asked them "Why are you doing this to me, why this transaction"? And they responded on WhatsApp - "we don't know".
I checked their T&C. Basically, it says sth along the lines that once we send our money to their platform, it is now their money. It is not our money anymore. They can freeze it for whatever reason and whatever time. It is now their money and it is entirely up to them to decide if they will give it to you or keep it.
If I lived in Spain where they are based I would have filed a police complaint with them. Keep in mind though that when I try to withdraw there's not message that funds are blocked or anything. Rather, my inability to withdraw appears as a technical error. I guess it is a way for them to avoid legal liability.
I will write that €200 off and will consider it as a cost of doing business with them. I am
incredibly lucky that this did not happen after one of my €2000 transactions.

At first seemed that money transfer didnt work as i expected but then got out that it was delay only but i had ask it bcos didnt knew that bitcoins really gone to receiver but now all is good ,lets hope it is in future too.

On May 19th I sent an Hbar transaction from my personal Hedera account to the account indicated by the Bit2Me Platform for Hedera deposits 0.0.1414213 and forgot to include the "memo". When asked Bit2Me to return the funds or to credit them in my user account, their customer service said they might not return the assets and that in any case the resolution could take a month. The Hedera explorer shows my assets where in the aforementioned Bit2Me deposit account 0.0.1414213 for a couple of days, and later moved to another account owned by the Bit2Me exchange. Will sue them if they finally decide to keep my property, but the experience with this exchange was very bad.
