Bitnovo is nice....Until it comes to issues.

Bitnovo ist very slow. The support is friendly but not helpful at all. They always say we will inform the department which is responsible but never give updates. In 1 Case i am waiting now for one month for my refund. If i hadnt opened a ticket they probably would have just kept my money.

Other case. Deposit via Sepa INSTANT transfer is not shown on my balance!! if its delays a little bit fine, but can not take the half day and still not there?!

Deposited 81 euro's 8 days ago still nothing on the wallet! The support keeps saying they are busy probably busy scamming people! Bitnovo = FRAUD!

My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. I attempted to purchase BTC using my card, only to have the transaction abruptly halted. They demanded proof that the card used was actually mine. Seriously, what kind of shady operation is this?

Even after I provided the necessary documentation proving the card was mine, they failed to give any timeframe for resolving the issue. My purchase took place on 12/06/24 at 14:36, and now it's 15/06/24 17:21. Despite this significant lapse of time, my situation remains unresolved.

Their customer support is abysmal. They are utterly useless, offering no assistance whatsoever. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is infuriating.

This platform is a complete scam! Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs. They don't deserve a single cent of your money. Absolutely disgusting experience.

I had an utterly terrible experience with Bitnovo a downright scam company. Despite using my own cards for payments, they shamelessly held onto my money, refusing to release it without any valid explanation. It's crystal clear they're running a scam operation, luring you in with one successful transaction only to deceive you later on. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Bitnovo.

I bought voucher code from g2a to bitnovo (25€ btc)

In the product description it said its easy to redeem, just register, give key and redeem. But then when i went to the site they asked ID verify, photo, and other things.

I got totally scammed..

I lost 16% on fees because of this!!!

High fees, because you must redeem only one voucher at a time... Before you had the option to redeem multiple vouchers and everything was just fine...

Get option for "multiple voucher redemption" back please!

Brought bitnovo voucher

Attempted to validate on their app which constantly force closed or just didnt work half the time.

When I eventually got to validating my ID with a selfie and passport - they blocked me with no way of trying to validate again.

Despite using a clear selfie and a clear photo of my passport - they seem to think its a copy...

Basically, they've stolen my money without anyway of resolving this matter.

Not long ago you could redeem bitnovo vouchers on their website which was very fast and easy, you could also redeem more vouchers at once so to avoid spending the fee for each single voucher but now bitnovo changed everything and it is very bad!
They now force you to install their app otherwise you can't redeem vouchers anymore, also if you have more vouchers they don't allow you to redeem them all together like before so you now must pay the expensive fee for each voucher you have to redeem and they want id proof, id selfie and phone verification!
BITNOVO IS NOW A VERY BAD DEAL.

READ CAREFULLY: I bought expensive vouchers and I received the crypto currency BUT bitnovo changed their redeem procedure!!! Now you must have their android or iphone app to redeem vouchers and for anything else AND THEY SAY THEY REQUIRE ID PROOF AND ID SELFIE, I didn't get such request but it is not sure when and if they actually ask for id!! Before you could simply redeem the vouchers on their website quick and easy also multiple vouchers, with this change of procedure it is more diffult and you can't be sure if they will ask for id proof and selfie. Not worth it anymore. BITNOVO RESTORE YOUR OLD REDEEM PROCEDURE!!!

I got a bitnovo voucher first. So I downloaded app to use it. I did deposit the money to casino. All worked well. 50 eur or so. Then I won and was looking to payout. 2000 eur. So I already had bitnovo so I asked for transfer from bitcoin to my euro account. I asked on Thursday and got my money on Tuesday. I read meanwhile all the bad reviews here so was worried for a while. But besidea high fees they are legit.

A month ago I bought BTC for 50€ but cancelled the verification because Bitnovo asked me for too much data. I thought the matter was settled and no money will be debited from my account. However, it was debited and I have not received the money again until today. Support also no longer responds to my emails. Do not buy from these clowns, they are f****** scammers!

I can pay no problem but after id verfication so bad i dont trust this site with my id i want my 200euro crypto never and never use bitnovo!
