This it’s scammers don’t use them Having Put to transfer £2000 for Buying btc and after I have transferred the money Asking verification documents I have send documents verification and saying The photo not clear To all documents passport drive licence To all say not clear the photo they liars having steal £2000 Pounds For me don’t use them

More than 2 months passed since they stole my 555 eu.
I paid 555 eu through my debit card.
Simple advice, never invest 1 eu with this biggest scam dishonest disorganized company.
I purchased for 555 eu and never received any crypto. They gain your confidence with first order and then keep your money.

Dont use them, thieves. They stole my money.

They took my money and later ask for more and more verification which I provided. They said that its not enough and that transaction is suspitious(I used my standard Visa card). After few email we agreed that I will be refunded but they never sent me my money back.
Its scam company. They scammed a lot of people.

Bitnovo I still repeat you are nothing but thieves! Till date I never got back my money!from you. All you do is rob Peter and pay Paul,you give some people good service so they can say Good things about you and then scam other people!of their hard earned money.

Best customer service you will ever receive they will hold your hand through out the process they will explain everything in detail and they will solve your problem they won't rest until they do so I receive my crypto immediately after they fixed and error they were receiving when sending my crypto

I advised everyone before and I'll keep advising and writing about the money they stole of me.
They stole 1020 euro and been over 6 months already the company is thieves any money they take of you kiss it goodbye as your giving away free money for theft and if you buy anything you will just give them free money and recieve nothing in return.
Give free money to the poor but not to bitnovo lol.
Stay away.
All the 5 star reviews are obviously bots or company employees(if any) .
I know many people got scammed and I am one of them.
Becareful and stay away from bitnovo.
