Thank god I tried it with only 20 euros and not more, I made the deposit they where very happy to take my money I tried to withdraw crypto they blocked it support told me my crypto withdrawals are blocked only fiat than I tried to send the money where it came from dosnt work than tried another bank dosent work I asked support and they told me that also my fiat withdrawals are blocked now so I can only put money there not withdraw I have the screenshot of the chat with them

I had an amazing VIP experience attending the UEFA Champions League match between Arsenal and Leverkusen in Germany.

Fantastic experience using Bitpanda. The app interface is incredibly clean and intuitive, making it very easy to track everything at a glance. They have a massive selection of assets (which made finding specific altcoins very easy), and the execution times on trades are spot on. Whether you are buying in or liquidating your portfolio to move back to fiat, the process is smooth, transparent, and fast. Excellent service all around.

Regulated company, great platform

SCAMMERS!! Do not waste your money here! Their platform used to be "managed" by another company called Bitbaby which is part of the same chain of scammers: Bitbaby, Bitpay, Bitpanda, etc... all of them are the same, which operates only by Telegram where they have a chat that used to attract more people to keep taking money from them. They claim also to be licensed buy they can't prove it. It's also very suspicious that a company is all the time changing it's name. They justifies this by just saying in the telegram chat that they have a new partnership with another company." Then, they open a new chat. At this time, I really don't know if the chat is managed by the company or not, but the company logo and everything is there on the telegram. I used to have my money frizzed in what they called working account, until a lady that claims to be called "Jennifer" (who was the main point of contact from the very beginning) promised me she was going to help me to complete the "node" task for me in order to be able to get my money back. She got access to my account platform, she withdrawal all the money I had there to her account and I never received my money back as she promised. Their Customer Service "operates" also by Telegram, and they never respond to my messages which are very hard to be received by them. I'm not talking in vain, these are not empty words. I have all the proof: conversations, "Jennifer's face", and everything available to proof that they are scammers and they do whatever they want with your money!! I think that 1 Star is too much for them in their review. You don't really want to read the messages I got from their "Customer Service." I also have proof of it! Do not fall into their tramp! Hopefully all of them get investigated and get what they deserve very soon!!!

Solved problem I had with verification of my account with easy solution

Their verification system is not great. I wasn't able to use the app. Not recommended.

The company should adjust their system.

After many years, BP suddenly asked for details on a transaction from a year ago, which I never did, and it is also not filed on my account ledger. I told them so. A little later, the next email says "we were able to complete this transaction". Another few days later BP announced the closure of my account without any explanation. Even after asking, still no explanation. Withdrawing the funds balance was problematic and required another few emails. I am still missing some US$, but now I cannot even log into my account anymore.

Registration failed because the form does not support addresses with special characters. My address includes special symbols, so the system would not accept it and I could not complete the signup.

Despite this, I continue to receive emails from the service. The emails do not include a clear option to unsubscribe from all messages.

Poor user experience. A registration form should support common address formats, and every email should include a clear unsubscribe link. Fix the form validation and add proper email subscription controls.

BP seem to do what they say they will do, had an issue (my fault:-) with the EU-UK transition, BP sorted things and I can’t ask for more than that. Keep it up BP.

It's a total scam, they lure you with a big cashback message, then you get almost nothing. My ticket is not resolved and opened since more then a month. My claim is still open, and waiting for an answer.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bitpanda.

On October 3rd I made two purchases using Skrill. The first one was 100 EUR, which I used to buy USDC and I was able to withdraw it without any problem.

The second purchase was 1050 EUR. After buying USDC my account suddenly became restricted and I was no longer able to withdraw my funds.

I contacted support and filed a complaint, but nothing has been resolved. Months have passed and the only answer I keep receiving is that my case is “still under investigation”.

There is no clear explanation, no timeline and no final decision. My funds have now been frozen for more than 5 months.

I understand that companies need to perform compliance checks, but keeping a customer’s money locked for such a long time without any clear communication is extremely frustrating.

At this point I have had to escalate the issue through consumer protection channels.

I hope Bitpanda will finally provide a clear resolution.
