Dumpster fire
They used to be fairly decent over the years, now this year have turned absolutely horrendous
Couple times in the last six months, I make orders, they mark them as completed, they never turn up, they NEVER respond to any emails, and I've had to open PayPal claims
They've really gone to hell, not worth doing business with, ebay and other bits websites are better options, steer clear of bitsandkits
Not worth the risk
I have used this company a number of time in the past and they have been really good. However this last time it has been over 2 months since I placed my order and it hasn't appeared. I have tried contacting the company quite a few time and not had a responce. Not worth the risk.

Second time ordering from bits and kits.
Both times, the parts have arrived safely!
This time I ordered a bit for my Knight Dominus armour hinge. Ordered Thursday and arrived today!
Would recommend and use again!
Just don't even waste your time!
I have tried purchasing from this seller off and on over the years as they usually have a decent supply of bits. However their unprofessionalism and lack of communication is an absolute joke!
I've had orders that showed "processed" that I never received months later, I've had items I pre-ordered and never received nor received any confirmation of shipping, they don't respond using their own sites communication methods and any time I've had to file a claim against them they are snarky and rude!
DO NOT purchase from this company, there are better more reliable sellers on EBAY who deserve your money. This company needs to be shut down so they can stop scamming people!
Avoid at all Costs, They take your Money but dont send anything.
Order from them about 5 MONTHS ago.
Havent recieved my order yet, they dont reply to Tickets on their website and they dont answer if you write them via E-mail. Im pursuing legal actions against them now. If you like losing money order from them.
No contact. Waste of time
Placed my order, received an update email blaming royal mail for shipping issues and that they marked the package despatched. Reached out twice by email and their contact form with no response.
Its been a few weeks since my order got placed and im irritated enough with the lack of contact to write this review.
Steer clear honestly. Theres better sites now anyway.
My go to and they should be yours
Honestly, they're so helpful, quick to respond and attentive. Thanks for years of handy bits at great prices guys!
Dodgy seller who lies
Placed an order, for a pre order product from a limited release box before general release, which came at a price premium that I was fine with. Received no delivery. I was concerned so I emailed to confirm dispatch & delivery address. No response so used the contact form on their website. No response. Opened a PayPal case, had a very prompt response, how convenient.
Stated products were dispatched a few days previously. I responded requesting an answer to my previous questions along with a screen shot of the dispatch email dated well before "a few days ago".
Another prompt response, package had been returned as "undeliverable" (convinient as I've had other orders delivered from them just fine) the day before (convinient) on a saturday (even more convenient for business mail, very 50/50 If the return address is residential) and a refund was issued.
For what is very obviously a 1 or 2 man operation, how they were not aware of the returned package before sending the first reply is unbelievable. To state that the package was sent "a few days ago" when the dispatch email says differently means that there was a lie being told at some point.
I suspect it was never sent and the seller was trying to buy time till general release to buy the product at a discount and keep the price difference. Same as I suspect the quick refund was to keep PayPals automated dispute algorithm happy so the account isn't placed on hold, especially if the sellers account has a habit of receiving disputes. An odd dispute here and there won't trigger PayPal to put an account on hold, even if the dispute drags out.
Too many convinient events to make the story believable, shady seller. AVOID.

Emailed at least 4 times to cancel an order and just got an email saying it’s been dispatched. Amazing.
Wrong bits, and no way to contact them
I made an order of just £6,60 of bits. They charged me £4,70, and when it arrived, there was 1 bit missing (out of 6!!). On top of it, I had to pay 6,23€ extra for customs, but that’s just because of Brexit I guess.
I wrote them several emails, including their contact mail, web contact form… finally I opened a paypal dispute (luckily I had paid in paypal) and they agreed to reimbruise me £2,20 (price of the missing bit).
It’s a pity because I really needed that bit and now it is out of stock… So I let them know, but the guy answered (in very bad manners) that since I had opened a paypal case, he couldnt ship me anything (huge lie).
I guess I have no other option to accept the money, but they lost me forever as a customer.
2 month since order
2 month since order. 4 mails.... result : no answer and no order in my mail box. As far as i see, and i learned by hard way, they dont care about costumers.
