It's a beautifully designed and does that it says on the tin.

Appreciate the flat fee structure so I know what I'm getting every time.

Only major issues are the amount of time it takes to clear balances and transactions. Moving money into Gravity can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 24 hours and I get the impression this is still a manual process.

If the speed was on the order of the task I wanted to complete it would be 5 stars. But it's the only significant drawback of the service.

The simplicity of the Gravity’s interface make it the easiest I’ve ever come across and in regards to their customer service, they are quick to reply to emails and calls whilst being truthful and honest.

All very easy to use even for an old duffer like me. Good customer service. Good communication.

I've experienced a couple of bugs during the launch of the iOS app, but Gravity support was quick to respond to every email, acknowledging receipt, assuring me that the Dev team were giving priority to solving the most urgent of the bugs, and confirming once it was fixed.

Bugs aren't cool, but they can be expected with the launch of a new app. What makes all the difference is to know your query is being attended to.

Been a member of Gravity for just over half a year now and being new to the crypto game was nervous.
Though from day one on Gravity it has been a fantastic experience. So simple to use, and the customer service is fantastic. I've contacted them through email and usually receive a reply within about three or four hours no matter if its a minor issue or just a simple question.
Only thing I would like to see in the future is an android based app, as they've just released the IOS one (I'm sure that will come.)
And to continue to see new forms of crypto token becoming available on their platform, which as when I first joined it was just bitcoin and BSV seems probable, as they have been periodically adding new tokens every couple of months.

All in all would highly recommend. Five stars.

After being recommended by a friend I was hesitant but opened a gravity account, the experience has been seamless and no issues to date highly recommended to anyone looking for secure banking with an added bonus of Crypto investment.

They are a waste of time all that I want is to reset my 2FA and they want me to do a fresh video of my self following instructions that I have already done to sign up prior to having problems with the 2FA which is on their record and you cant talk to them.
because they dont offer no phone support it's one big joke I will not be using them again.
I never declined I've had this problem with you all before and go through the same issue when you have my details already is crazy.
You must think people have not got anything better to do than just do the same nonsense that they did before not once but several times it's not on.
You are entitled to your opinion and use your lame excuse about it is security policy when you have got my details already and nothing has changed you have a nerve coming back up here trying to reply when I'm not the first to comment that no one can get you all and you wonder why people in the past refuse to do business with you all well thank god that your not the only exchange or we would all be snookered if if you were the only platform that deals with crypto currancy

Bitstocks Gravity is the greatest experience I’ve ever had buying, selling and storing my crypto. It’s the closest thing by far to having a true, custodial crypto ‘bank account’, and even better because it’s also an off ramp if you need to convert it back to fiat to pay bills, etc. They’re a wonderfully ‘based’ team at Bitstocks, honestly trying to change the world for the better. Can’t say enough good things. Genuinely grateful they exist!

Been a customer since first implemented Gravity - the team are lovely people, dedicated and helpful. Never had any issues and any questions are answered very quickly via the support team ! This is what coinbase was supposed to be.

I've been a client of Bitstocks for over 3 years and their service has been flawless, from the clean and super user-friendly site, to seamless trades, deposits and withdrawals to my bank appearing instantly. Also I have to mention the time that even senior members of the team like James Coughlan and Elia Yousif have taken to help me with my queries over the phone even though I didn't have a big account. I was so scared of getting into crypto 3 years ago but they made it all so easy and provided all the help and support I needed.

Recently my hardware was damaged and I subsequently had problems logging into my account. I contacted Bitstocks and their customer experience team responded within minutes. They persevered to find a solution for me to regain access without compromising the security of my account. I had the pleasure of interacting with Sam Kilbey as my main contact throughout who was first class. A big thank you to the team for finding a solution!

Other people I told about Bitstocks who have since opened an account with them have had the same excellent treatment over the years. And most importantly for me, I've always had complete peace of mind that my funds were safe and my crypto was stored securely.

Great way to buy into crypto , I like it because it’s easy to use and uk based and safe.
Loads of content online and people are so helpful, would recommend.
