Have used bittylicious for many year. Never any trouble. It's quick and reliable. Cuts out all the extra fees you get from coinbase etc. One transaction fee straight to my bitcoin wallet. Done in 5 minutes.

I was skeptical at first as lost my licence & passport at same time. I kept meaning to get a copy, to stop massively high fees, & emailing customer support (who are probably best customer service off any other site). If you submit a support ticket, you win't even wait an hour. Usual time is 10 - 15 mins, & on few occassions needed to contact support. The commhnication is quick, & gets eitjer issue resolved quickly. Or they let you know if for ex you need to soeak to the bank. They allowed me partial verifaction (no debit card / daily limit way over what I'd buy), sticking with KYC regulations, with alternative photo ID & other ID. The fee % does seem to vary depending when online, but generally the fees are decent enough. And closer to the other crypto providers, who need specific ID. I plan to open monzo a/c when new ID comes, as Bank of Scotland flag more payments to be authorised. But plan to buy with bittlycious still. Unsure if fees slighly lower again when finally get myself fully verified. Definetly the only place that if not right ID, will still let you use at slighly higher fee. But also that I trust. I messed up the ref on one bank transfer for around £250 ltc. Before I'd submitted the support ticket, they returned the money to my a/c, so know they can be trusted of mistake made even by me. Great site more should use it, if you want to buy crypto easily. While knowing if any problems there'a a top team off customer service agents is a defenite why I'll continue to use a site I've used 100s if not 1000s over 5 + yrs. Never a single problem

They have always provided me with a good crypto buying service. The support is always helping it there is a problem with your payment to them, like if your bank stop the payment for some reason.

I was ably assisted by James creating an account as my circumstances are decidedly "non standard"
He concocted a plan of epic proportions, and after a bit of juggling, my issue was solved!

Overall, I was happy. A slight concern was that payments were being put through twice, although 2nd attempt didn't clear, it was still held as pending.
