Impressed with my parcel. Everything fitted perfectly. They got my size right and gave me clothes in the colours I requested. Will definitely buy more.

I received my first box today and I must say I am pleasantly surprised by the goods I received. Two tops that I will definitely wear.A pair of jeans In very good condition and a dress over all for just £15 a very good deal

Such a good idea in principle, but unfortunately the box of clothes I received was not suitable at all for the age range I requested (25-34) and the items smelt really musty. 1 of the items was so thin it looked like a cleaning rag. When I gave them my feedback I was told by their staff member to try very hard to style one of the items I was particularly disappointed with, which was a bit of a joke and was very patronising as it looked like something a 70 year old would wear.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend sadly.

Pleasantly surprised with my box. It contained a maxi dress, 2 tops and a pair of linen trousers. 2 of the items still had tags on.
I will definitely wear 3 of the items but maybe not the top, which isn’t really my style, but will be passed on to a charity shop.
All in all, very happy.

Clothes were outdated and smell of jumble sales. I won’t be wearing any of them and will put them in the charity shop asap.

Received my first, and last, box today. Put age as 55-64. Recd a pink top which was ok, lime green cropped trousers, a red granny jumper (yuk) and a washed out White Stuff dress that is only fit for the bin. Don’t waste your money - spend it on Vinted instead where you can pick and choose decent stuff. Think these clothes probably come from charity donation bags -AVOID

Absolutely delighted with the box I received.Just gave colours I don't like & my sizes ..& got 4 lovely pieces of quality clothing which I might not have tried but Love the surprise choices made on my behalf by bkinda team. Best £15 I've spent in a long time ..& no fast fashion !!Also arrived within a few days of ordering!! Great idea

Picker knows me ! I have loved so much some of my items taken two on holiday! And solved what I’m going to were for a wedding seriously that good

It's such a shame that I can't post photos on here as the trousers I received have to be seen to be believed (cheap satin fabric with black and orange vertical stripes). Out of the items in the box, there was one dress that I found to be wearable. I also got a dated jacket with a hole in. They don't allow refunds or returns, however they cannot be issuing items with holes in and expect glowing reviews. It looks suspiciously like they are charging people to offload clothes that they can't shift at their shop. It's a nice idea, but needs genuine thought from the staff in selecting items for the boxes, and clearly none went into mine.

I have just received my first £15 Mystery Box containing four items and I am so pleased that I went ahead and ordered.
One of the items was a lovely Hush dress which will be worn asap.
Everything fits perfectly and will be worn.
The items were in immaculate condition, packaged well and were delivered within three days.
One very happy customer. xxx

Lovely collection of clothes. I got a pink fitted T shirt, a patterned top that I'd wear to work, black trousers and a dress that I never would have chosen for myself. All items fit and were nicely packaged and presented. Thanks Gemma, good choice!

Great way to try something new. I've been stuck in a bit of a rut wearing same things over and over. I do like charity shops but trawling through the rails is a bit of a chore so thought I give this a go.

I got a nice white top I can wear with most stuff in my wardrobe and an oversized shirt which I love. Then a pair of culottes I'd never pick myself but look really good on me and the most amazing summer dress. Worth every penny and will order again.

Took nearly 2 weeks but they do say that on their website and I wasn't in a rush anyway.

Obviously it is hard for a stranger to know your style, but they have lots of questions to try and understand.

I added and order note (as per their numerous reels) and it was ignored by the packer.

Contacted them and they said, the ignore it if they don't have any alternatives and suggested donating the items to the charity shop….

Great idea - perhaps needs more time to get stock?

Great idea if the clothes were anyway fashionable or even free from holes etc.

Refused money back after sending a box of rubbish.

I received a granny flower top, a stretched shapeless mustard tee, wide leg navy work trousers and a black sleeveless chiffon top. I said I’m 52 not 82 - regrettably I won’t be ordering again!

Everything was packaged nicely and the clothes were clean, ironed and excellent quality.

The box did take a couple of weeks to dispatch (ordered 19th Jan, dispatched 1st Feb) but that was fine, as you don't order these things to arrive quickly.

The thing is, my items were very old lady-esque. Nothing against old ladies, but even my nan said that the items were too old for her, and she's 81.

In the profile box, you state your age first of all. I'm a student in my 20s. I received a white and pink floral blouse (literally the granniest top I've ever seen in my life), a green blouse, some stretchy grey bobbly trousers and a grey wrap top with buttons on the sleeve that I think is a nursing top as it provides very easy boob access.

Either they thought my age was my birth year (192-?), they didn't have much stock, or they aren't fussed about what each customer receives.

I wouldn't order again.
