Great proactive customer service
Ordered some venting products for a Kitchen project. Was proactively contacted shortly after ordering to advise that one of the items wasn't in stock and to set expectations/check that slight delay was OK. Everything but the one product was received the next day and received the remaining products without issue. Would definitely use again!

Our purchase was discontinued, but a member of staff phoned us to let us know of this replacement, and explain it very well, so as we could order different product, we continued with this item, and it arrived the following day. EXCELLENT 👍

Good quality but let down in service
Good quality locks. Took a week to receive the 2 locks I had ordered. When placing the order the description says the locks are available keyed the same or differ but there is no option to choice this. I emailed requesting keyed the same but then received keyed to differ. Contacted the company and they said they would get back to me but didn’t hear anything.
